Its located right by the napili beach. The hotel is very charming and quiet. It's very hard to get in touch with the staff, and check in can be hard since most of the time you have to find the security guard.

We love this property, and it was not our first stay. Location is one of the primary assets, but the aloha spirit of the staff is an asset as well. The beds are comfy, the AC is effective, and the cleaning staff is meticulous. We will happily stay here again. The wifi strength varied depending on which building we were in, building A had the best. Otherwise, another great stay.

We had a pool view room, but if we leaned over our railing a little we could see the ocean. We could hear it too. Our room and all the grounds were immaculate and beautiful. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was an amazing experience, steps from the ocean and spectacular sunsets!

Beautiful grounds, most relaxing location we stayed in on our trip. Staff was courteous and accommodating, and our room was clean and had everything we could need in the kitchenette. This is where we will stay if we return to Maui!

It’s a beautiful location. Rooms are tastefully decorated. The walls are super thin so you hear everything in the rooms around you.

Most peaceful beach, gorgeous views, within walking distance to some of the most iconic restaurants, and a great grocery store with delicious poke! Feels like home, everyone (guests, staff, etc.) are all so friendly. We saw a monk seal, sea turtles, and whales! This is the best place to be in all of Maui. We met a couple who told us they’d been vacationing to the Mauian since they honeymooned 50 years ago!!! There’s a reason they keep coming back, and we will too! ❤️❤️❤️

The property was so beautiful and relaxing. The view of the beach was so gorgeous and breathtaking. The security guards and staff at the property were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I was slightly disappointed was I thought our room came with a full kitchen but it did not. We had no sink, plates or silverware to use so please plan ahead. Also the rooms walls are very thin. We could hear the conversations of our neighbors next door and every cough. I'm very thankful our neighbors where not snoring. If you are a light sleeper I suggest earplugs. Other than that, overall our stay was very memorable and we would actually love ro come back again.

The facility is very clean and the grounds are very well kept and beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. The reason I will not book here again is because the walls have no sound insulation. We could hear both the other rooms that we were in between. We could hear people through the night and early in the morning. Did not get much sleep the 3 nights we where there.

Even though we arrived late, the check in process was smooth. Security had keys and hotel information ready for us. Location was fine, near a restaurant and with Napili bay beach access…that was awesome! I would definitely recommend it!!!

Cute and clean place, right on a nice beach, but very weak amenities of any kind. Breakfast was included, but only coffee and juice, with sometimes (not always) plain biscuits and butter. Never anything more. Pool small -- okay for dipping and floating, but about a three-stroke lap. No exercise equipment of any kind. Parking lot could fill, with tight spaces between cars. Rooms are reportedly cleaned every three days, except once ours wasn't. Not really a bad place, but nothing special, either. Would not return.

Beautiful gardens and directly on the water! Our room was extremely musty and smelled of cat urine. Granted we arrived amidst the Kona storm.

This is an older property without any modern touches—but it was clean, well-maintained, peaceful and the view from our balcony was spectacular. It was convenient having the the restaurant nearby which had a lively vibe, great food and staff— and a plaza with small shops a short drive away.
