If I were to nitpick something it would be that some of the room service food was disappointing. It seemed to have sat a while prior to delivery. Overall, this was expensive, but probably worth the expense given how nice the property was.

Pro: - nice pool - friendly staff Cons: - closest beach isn’t nice, other resorts are closer to Napili beach and cost less - closest beach is $80 for chairs / sun umbrella - not many menu options for non pork eating folks, or folks who are looking for halal/kosher options - ordered DoorDash and it took someone two hours to bring it from reception to my room.. at the ritz! - not even a basic free breakfast Honestly, I’ve had better experiences at cheaper places. Literally down the road is a less expensive resort but their beach is amazing… Will not book again. Not impressed.

Stay was comfortable staff very attentive & accomodating, We stayed in the fire lanai deluxe room (ocen-view) it was amazing. Be prepared to get your steps in going from your room to the main lobby if you’re staying over there, but you will have easy access to the pool and the exclusion will be very much appreciated. Def worth it!!

Beautiful beach right in front of the property. Nice bar and amenities. The room was not very clean (sheets had spots) and overall the hotel was a bit old. The staff were really nice and helpful.

The staff is amazing, and the hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are not in great condition. AC didn’t work well, outlets didn’t work, remote control was broken

Having never visited Hawaii, we kinda booked this place on a whim. It's a bit removed from the rest of the touristy hotspots, which was nice. The beach was close and quiet, the staff were amazing, the views of the ocean from the lobby/main dining area was beautiful. They have 5 pools, so you never feel like it's crowded. We had a great time. Will definitely come back here when we visit Maui again.

It was isolated from many of the resorts on a cooler and luxurious feeling Hideaway. Everything was spotless and the hotel itself was exceptional. It is windy and at times it does rain however it did not interfere in any way with the pool or other activities. We did rent chairs, an umbrella, which we could not use very long due to the wind on the beach.
