Staff was great, especially front desk (Margie Ruiz) bellmen, valet and pool. However the property has not "aged" well. Last time we were here it was perfect in every way. Since Marriott has take over the attention to "detail" is not there. Examples, pool deck not clean in the morning, frayed fringe on beds, AC hard to use, need for paint. Paying top price, should get top everything especially the look!

早上6:30居然有人冒充house keeping 敲門，手中還拿著水瓶。Valet 的某個工作人員居然讓我們自己去拿車，check out後取車又是這個人让我們等了近十分鐘，完全不是丽茲卡爾頓的服務水平。前台兩個工作人員一點笑容都沒有。除了Kai coffee那個年輕的大眼晴的工作人員服務非常體貼之外，还有 banyan tree 餐廳工作人員很好之外，沒什麼可以誇獎的了，我懷疑這是丽茲卡尔頓嗎？

Property is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in one of the ocean view suites. Rooms could use a little updating. Firepit did not work, furniture was old. At one point during our stay, staff set up a huge double white tent in front of our suite for one and a half days, completely blocking our view, as well as compromising our privacy. Apparently there was a wedding event, but the tent could have been set up in a different location. I did call to complain and the manager did remove all of the hotel taxes for the week that we were there.

We loved this hotel. While it's not a classic 'on the beach' resort, beaches are close by and the overall setting is beautiful. We had one of the 'fire lanai' rooms which turned out to be a great choice. The staff was great too. Next time we go to Maui, we plan to stay here again!

Walls and cabinets and floor was really dirty. The Ritz Carlton is not what I thought it would be. Won’t go back

Our room wasn’t cleaned for two days, and we were told it was due to a lack of staff. It was also our wedding Monday, and despite sharing this information with the staff, we didn’t receive anything complimentary or any acknowledgment of the occasion.

I would add a night of romance for couples. Like having a nice dinner and dance. Most of tourist to go to a place like this is because we are celebrating either a honeymoon, an anniversary, or birthdays. That would be very nice to celebrate in a place like this.

We are frequent visitors to Kapalua and have always loved the Ritz Carlton. Everything there is superb and close to everything in Kapalua. It is a higher end stay for sure but worth every penny. Could give a higher recommendation!

Felt more like a Marriott than a Ritz. Hotel is okay, pool heater was out for the week, room was somewhat worn, AC was noisy. Not the same level of Ritz or Four Season's for the cost that I expect. Not a bad experience but not worth the cost compared to other 5 stars. I would not stay there again.
