Great Hospitality. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Great for children but you have to plan in advance for most of their activities.

It’s too pricey for what it has to offer. The rooms are mediocre, food is average and overpriced. The restaurants require pre reservation months before check in.

The resort is absolutely gorgeous and has so much to do that you don’t really need to leave. It is located on the west side of Oahu in Ko Olina, so nice and peaceful away from busier Waikiki. The full Disney experience with shows, character meetups, unique activities, fun family scene is combined with learning about the island and Hawaiian culture. Very amazing experience.

I visited this resort with kids for a few days before going next door to the Four Seasons. The Aulani Disney resort has the cool water activities for kids and a variety of restaurants that should satisfy even those with discerning taste buds.

Great experience, rooms were nice and clean and the can’t beat the location. Aunty’s beach was booked when we tried booking online but they always accepted us as walk ins.

Staying at Aulani, was truly a vacation ! Everyone was so hospitable, helpful, and the room was very clean!

The moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Aulani app was useful for events at the resort, such as times to see characters-Stitch, Moana, etc. It was easy purchasing items with the room key card. The food at the resort is expensive. Luckily across the street (6 minutes walking distance) there’s a store behind the Starbucks that sell cheaper meals, snacks, etc.
