Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina

Beautiful location and serene setting. Incredibly attentive and friendly staff.

We enjoyed the location. We felt like we were in nature instead of the hectic Waikiki area. We drove all over the island everything was within an hour. The marine on the west side is great. Hotel feels very comfortable, it doesn’t feel like a mega resort. All staff were extremely kind and helpful. We’d stay here again.

Cleaned room twice a day !! Staff was always beyond ready and eager to help! Ice water constantly poured while on the beach !

Great location great views great hospitality and great service

Hotel had a bug problem. So it made our stay less enjoyable because we were killed bugs every night unfortunately. But the Staff was incredible and tried to help as much as they could.

I think the biggest highlight of this place is the staff—the service is unmatched on this island. We truly felt special and had an incredible time there. The infinity pool is amazing, and the bed is incredibly comfortable.

We have stayed in the Ko Olina area at a number of resorts. The Four Seasons was hands down the best of all experiences. The staff members were exceptional. The amenities are unmatched. Truly a trip of a lifetime for our family.

Overall clean but for luxury, minor details could be attended to. Like chaulk in bathroom(moldy or soap residue), plants look sick in the hallway of the club rooms, could use bug repellent plants, as the gnats and mosquitoes were rampant). Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Amenities were great as well.

Friendly and helpful staff.

We have come for years now, and over that time we have made friends with several people who make us feel like friends and family. Cody - while we missed Cody this trip, he always makes our breakfast experience amazing. He has visited multiple FS properties, and because of him, we have added at least 5 to our own list. Cameron - no longer poolside, we were so grateful to be greeted by him when we checked in at the front desk. He has taken care of our family on multiple trips and always seems to find a way to surprise us and make our trip unexpected and memorable. Justin Joey and Morganne. These two were absolutely the best part of our most recent stay. They daily looked out for us and our kiddos and continually looked for ways to make our family feel recognized and went above and beyond to make this our best trip yet. Other major shoutouts include Alyssa, Chloe, Kayci, Moani (always), Ava, and Noah (great to chat). Absolutely recommend this location! We go at least once per year, and it is by far our favorite family destination.

The resort is so beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Definitely will return!

Great beach.

The rooms were immaculate and maintained multiple times a day from housekeeping to turn down service. The beach and pools were all incredible and comfortable for everyone. The staff from when we arrived up until the time we departed were first class! If I ever make it back to Oahu, this is where you will find me.

Amazing experience. Very welcoming staff amazing grounds and great amenities for the kids. We will certainly be back. Only downside I can think of is that the chairs by the pools fill up but they have a waitlist and typically we secured chairs within 30 minutes or less

This was the most amazing experience at a hotel we may have ever had. The staff, literally from the moment we arrived on the property, treated us so incredibly well and took care of our every need. Everyone was kind, helpful and took pride in their work. Our room was beyond gorgeous and the view was incredible. Property was fantastic, not over crowded and perfectly maintained. Clean pools, excellent restaurants and the beach and tide pools were unmatched.
