The breakfast was fine. The staff were nice. We had 3 adults and found the hot tub too hot to enjoy. We would not recommend.

Everything was good with our room. The breakfast was less than desirable, very little to choose from and the hot items were not good.

Great stay.

The property is clean and well maintained. Helpful staff, good breakfast. Pet friendly and convenient location to restaurants. Well worth the value !

Great overall experience

The rest of the stay was very pleasant, clean and quiet. Breakfast was hot and the staff was very friendly and patient.

The individual containers of body wash and shampoo were almost empty in the shower. Could hardly get any body wash out of it.

The staff was great. The room was quiet & clean. Breakfast was okay.

The bathroom sink smelled of sewage probably due to improper drain care.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast area was large. Treadmill in exercise room was broken and the pancake maker was also out of service.

The hotel is older but very clean. The night manager, staff was helpful and customer oriented. We visited the pool and hot tub. Area was clean and well stocked with clean towels. I would recommend the strips in the tub for showering in the rooms should be replaced. Very slick. I highly recommend this place. Quiet, clean and good selection on breakfast.

This was a same day reservation as we were on the road from Cheyenne & decided to stay here for the night because the reviews were good, the price was good and we just wanted a clean safe place to sleep for the night after arriving around 11pm. We were exhausted. The check-in clerk, was friendly, the room was very clean… HOWEVER THE WALLS ARE APPARENTLY PAPER THIN. I could hear every noise and could not sleep due to the room full of what sounded like unsupervised kids above us. Until after midnight - either they were moving furniture or having a trampoline competition on the beds. Should have called the front desk but I didn’t, but the problem was those SAME RUDE KIDS came barreling down our hallway (1st floor) at 6:15 for breakfast and decided the hallway was the best place to have loud conversations & run up and down the hall. In this case I do blame hotel staff for not putting a stop to their behavior at that time of morning. I was so mad I got up grabbed my stuff and left so I have no idea what the breakfast is like. It was a frustrating stay and NOT restful which is exactly what we needed with a 16 hr drive we had ahead.

The pancake maker and one of the yogurt machines were not working. There was one orange in the fruit bowl. The stairs creaked. The air was humid in the lobby. The bathtub grout was not cleaned properly. The fried eggs had no fluid yolks. Probably would not stay there again.

The room was not very clean. I opened up the couch bed and it was full of crumbs and wrappers. The floor was dirty and the soap and shower wash smelled pretty badly.

Overall a good stay. Staff was great. Property is showing its age, and not kept in the best condition.

The room was larg and the bed was comfortable, but the carpet looked dirty and the room didn't smell fresh. I expected more from this hotel as it wasn't a budget hotel.
