4 stars because when we entered our room it was blazing hot. We turned the air conditioning down to 60, the lowest it would go, just to get the room cooled down. We went swimming for about an hour and a half and when we returned the room was still warm. We left the air conditioner running through the night and slept without covers until about 430am, when it finally cooled down.

Only stayed one night. Everything was good, got to check in a little early.

The staff were so friendly. We were worried about the luggage rack thing on the back making us too long for a regular. She wanted to go out and move her car so we could park closer for the babies and she could see our car. The breakfast was awesome and they were so good about our pet. No elevator

I feel like the hotel and property were well maintained. The staff was friendly, though the breakfast was not all that appealing. The waffle mis was so runny and did not form a waffle when poured onto the waffle iron and the biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were cold. Eggs looked very dried out and inedible so we did end up eating somewhere else but had breakfast not been a factor, I would definitely recommend the hotel itself for the cleanliness and the nice staff.

Bed comfortable, room clean, quiet ,great breakfast . Hotel room was ok. Bathroom very small and claustrophobic . Didn’t like that sink was in room. Breakfast room was way too small for guests. Reception wasn’t very communicative. Ok for 1 night. Found Harmon park nearby which was lovely.

Loved being on the 1st floor We are blue members and we're under the impression we could upgrade to a spa room if there was one available. But because we booked and paid online before getting to the hotel they said we couldn't upgrade. A little confusing since we've stayed at numerous AmericInns
