Room has been updated. Phone looked like it was the original from when the hotel was built. We did not eat breakfast so I can't rate that. Staff was normal, no complaints. Booked online a couple hours before getting there which I am thankful I did because people were trying to get a room by walking in and they were sold out. Definitely book online.

What a great time with my children and dogs. Great place. We will def be staying again when in Kearney

4 stars because when we entered our room it was blazing hot. We turned the air conditioning down to 60, the lowest it would go, just to get the room cooled down. We went swimming for about an hour and a half and when we returned the room was still warm. We left the air conditioner running through the night and slept without covers until about 430am, when it finally cooled down.

I feel like the hotel and property were well maintained. The staff was friendly, though the breakfast was not all that appealing. The waffle mis was so runny and did not form a waffle when poured onto the waffle iron and the biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were cold. Eggs looked very dried out and inedible so we did end up eating somewhere else but had breakfast not been a factor, I would definitely recommend the hotel itself for the cleanliness and the nice staff.
