Candlewood Suites Kearney by IHG

Very clean and quiet. When we checked it, there was mention of a complimentary breakfast. We inquired about the breakfast, and the desk staff explained that this hotel is mainly a longer term, so breakfast was no included. We didn't consider this to be a significant issue because there are numerous locations nearby where we could get breakfast.

The whole place was clean. We felt our vehicle was safe in the parking lot. We used our room, the pool and the gym and all were clean and well maintained. The bathroom included good quality shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and lotion. It also had a hair dryer and enough towels for all four of us. Beds were comfortable.

We were able to check in early Some of the craftsmanship was less than perfect.

The hotel was nice, clean, quiet, and has great parking. It is located within walking distance of several restaurants. We travel with our dog and it’s perfect for someone with pets.

We liked the location off the highway, and the fact that it was near to grassy areas for our dog. The staff was very friendly both morning and evening. The room was clean and the facility was very nice. We found that $75 slipped in as a pet fee for one night stay was exorbitant. They explained that it was meant to be for a weeklong stay, but when you only stay one night, it is very very high. I can’t imagine people really do stay for a week as everyone was coming and going in the middle of Nebraska.

There isn't a continental breakfast, but there is a convenience store with food that can be heated in the microwave in the room.

Easy to check in and the room was clean and well furnished. Beds were comfy. Nice place to stay.

Would stay there again...

I have NEVER seen a hotel require the full amount at check-in. Ive had suites in Vegas hotels, such as the Wynn and they didnt even do that. Highly disappointing. Also, our room did not have a coffee machine. Our friend's room did.

They are well organized for severe weather.

Did not realize when making reservation that breakfast was not offered, only items that could be purchased from separate room/vending machines. It all worked out OK

Beds are comfy with lots of pillows. Toilet is VERY low and hard for old knees to get up off. Should be regular height. Great smelling soap and lotion. Great kitchen. More than we expected

There was good space in the room It was dirty, the tvs did not work well. The beds were not comfortable. The room was not ready at check in time

Very comfortable beds. My room has not been cleaned throughly. There was still burger king bags in the refrigerator and personal belongings behind the chair from the previous occupants
