Everyone was very helpful and nice. The restaurant staff was especially sweet and kind. The place was nice and very enjoyable to be in.

Our room coffee maker did not work, the room we stayed in had a noise coming out of AC unit all night

The waterpark was fun. I would really recommend going Monday -Thursday though. We stayed Thursday night and Friday night. There were like 5 people there on Thursday and during the day Friday. And then Friday evening was extremely busy. It’s so loud in there to that it makes it worse. It was very clean and well kept. The staff was nice. Having the Starbucks on sight is nice. Great walking distance to restaurants. Only received 2 breakfast vouchers when I signed up a family of five. Would have much preferred a normal continental hotel breakfast. The beds were hard. The room was kind of tight and the bathroom was small.

I travel a lot for work and this Used to be my favorite place to stay. I’ve stayed 3 times in the last two weeks and have had stained or dirty bed sheets, stained or dirty towels and unhelpful front desk staff when calling from my room with a question.

Everything was great. I just came here to say the lifeguards at the pool do not actually guard. They stand by the pool towels and talk. Maybe they are guarding the pool towels? No one is watching your kids. So make sure you are watching them yourself.

The cost of my room was $40+ greater then the price I was quoted on Expedia's app. I should have paid on the app, rather that wait until I checked in/out.
