Everything was great. I just came here to say the lifeguards at the pool do not actually guard. They stand by the pool towels and talk. Maybe they are guarding the pool towels? No one is watching your kids. So make sure you are watching them yourself.

The cost of my room was $40+ greater then the price I was quoted on Expedia's app. I should have paid on the app, rather that wait until I checked in/out.

The property itself is wonderful. Very clean with lots of amenities. Please be aware… there are no lifeguards on duty at the pool. There are staff that work in the pool but they are not lifeguards. The pool can be very crowded and chaotic. Parents need to watch and/or be near their small children, especially if they are not strong swimmers.

Excellent hotel and staff … we stay at Crown Plaza every year. The hotel is especially clean, with new carpet and a very spacious (king) room.

This was a great stop on the way to Colorado. The hotel is up to date, clean, and we loved the pool and water slides! Extra points for the Starbucks! We will definitely be back!
