Original room was not ready. Floors, desk were dirty and there was a few pieces of trash on the floor. I was moved to another room but it wasn't much better than the original.

The water pressure in the hotel was terrible. It did not feel like I was "clean" each morning after my shower.

It was very nice. The beds were great, the pillows were awesome, breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable too. The lay out of the rooms was a bit like a labyrinth so good thing you hand out maps. I would recommend your hotel to anyone.

Everything was clean and well lit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was well lit, staffed and great for kids. Attached restaurant was convenient and had good food.

Very convenient location, very clean, lot of variety for breakfast with the convenience of the restaurant being onsite and a gelato area pool which we didn’t use and laundry area. Will be coming again

Big clean room.Good location right off the freeway. The building looks older from the outside but nicely updated. Nice restaurant on site Rooms very spread out so long walk to lobby and restaurant.

Honestly they should reimburse us to the people we were that night, around midnight the fire alarm was activated and they made us all go outside for about 1 hour with babies and elderly people

My family liked the location of this hotel. My kids also enjoyed the water slides at the pool. The beds were uncomfortable. The layout of the hotel was also very confusing.

Pool staff (really just a grumpy teenager-ish girl) was less than courteous and closed the hot tub when we were asking about it. She was young and not very hospitable at all. In a world of hospitatlity, this is NOT GOOD! She was totally unhelpful and actually rude. Disappointing1
