I understand if someone is knocking on my door to ask me something, but when they are knocking on the side of my cabin, front door, and the back of my cabin, it seems excessive. I asked the property several times to look into this.

I have now informed front desk several times regarding the noise issue for the banging on my wall when I am asleep. There are several great things about this property and I am not sure why I had to involve the police when it got too loud

This place is awesome and the staff are friendly and accomodating! I also like how there are several nearby parks, grocery outlets, and close to San Antonio

Expedia said they had a gym and continental breakfast but didn’t have either at the hotel.

Really great property and layout, all the staff are really friendly, and the cabins are really nice. It has the feel of a nice hotel with cleaning, front desk, etc., while also feeling peaceful because you are in a cabin style unit. The rooms come fully equiped with air conditioning, fridge, microwave, cable, and several amenities travelers are looking for

I checked in a little late (almost 10 PM) and was given a discount on the rate because their internet was malfunctioning and it took them longer to check me in than usual, but still not long. I couldn't get the hot water in the shower to work, but was informed it was because the hot is cold and vice versa. The manager offered me a free night stay for the confusion. She was really nice about it. The place was quiet and no street noise or noise from other tenants.
