Awesome place!

Ron and Amelia were excellent hosts. We really enjoyed speaking with them during our stay. They are very friendly and helpful with tips on things to do while in the Kennebunks. The breakfasts were amazing. Ron and Amelia whipped up wonderful homemade meals both days we were at the inn. Amelia also baked homemade goodies to have during the day. The Lyman room decor was beautiful and thoughtfully crafted. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was a little snug.

Amelia and Ron were so lovely and the historic home is just so beautiful. The fire pit outside is a nice touch and all the beach accessories that you can borrow made our beach days so much more comfortable! Breakfast was awesome and their restaurant recommendations were on point. Will be back! Nothing!

We loved our stay at the Emerson Inn. The inn is beautiful and so cozy. Amelia was so sweet and helpful. Our breakfast was delicious every morning. She recommended local restaurants and even had towels/chairs/beach umbrella for our beach visit! We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon special.

The hosts, Amelia and Ron, make everyone feel welcome. The house is gorgeous (see the picture; it really looks like that) and is in a quiet area. Excellent place to stay! What's not to like?

The room was very small, with tiny bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable! Very soft mattress; terrible cheap synthetic sheets. The shower cabinet had heavy fishy smell. Towels had unclean feeling and had mold smell as well. Overall our very short stay was disappointing. We expected a small and historic property with clean amenities but it didn’t meet our expectations.

Beautiful rooms, interior and house setting with surrounding garden Felt like an elevated home stay. Debra was very warm & welcoming!

Amelia was outstanding. Other B&B owners should go here so they can see the proper way to run their business. Amelia went out of her way to tell us what to see and places to go. She personally cooked breakfast on all 3 mornings that we were there and they were all top notch. We highly recommend this B&B and we will be back.

Attention to detail. Very charming and quaint. Quiet place to relax. Very comfortable like home. Everything you need is provided. Nothing. Some people may not like the small bathrooms, but it's an old home. I did not mind. It was very cute and had everything you need.

It was our first stay in a classical Inn, and it was a memorable one. The hosts (Ron and Emilia) were super helpful and friendly. The property is truly a gem with a lot of historical value. The surrounding are great and it is close to town, either driving or cycling. The stay is accompanied with a lot of perks, such as beach accessories and even parking passes. It was truly a great experience. The nightly fire pits are a great detail as well, not to mention the daily breakfasts!

Everything! A beautiful home, elegantly decorated with a period feel. Amelia was charming and very warm and welcoming. Our bedroom was superb and the bed was so comfortable and bed linens were of a very good quality. Homemade breakfast was simply delicious and allergies catered for. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Will certainly visit again. Nothing. Loved it all,
