The Kennebunk Inn

Very underwhelming for the price.

Understand up front this is a very old historic inn. They have made upgrades of course but there are things to be aware of. The 2nd and 3rd floor should be avoided if you have heavy or large suitcases or if you are tall ( hall has low ceilings) and stairs are narrow and cramped. The floors creak and walls are thin. Staff is very friendly and it is actually still a cool place to stay, just be aware of the drawbacks. Downtown Kennebunk is a nice place.

Plenty of free parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Good value for the money. Dog friendly. Restaurant/bar on site. It’s a historic property, so you have to wait for hot water to reach the 3rd floor. The stairs and floors creek and there is no elevator. None of this was an issue for us, but others might want to consider these limitations before booking.

The Haddock Chowder, Haddock Sandwich , and Lobster Roll are worth the trip from anywhere!

This place is 227 years old! Cozy and clean. Great lady at front desk- friendly and knowledgeable about the history of hotel and helpful with local eats nearby. Th room was comfortable for a night. Comfy bed. If you are in town spend the night or two! Great cookies in the lobby.

It was a very charming and historic property located in a cute costal town Was not stated that we would have to climb several sets of stairs with our luggage to get to our room and for us to get to a dated and dirty room

My only comment is that the Inn could use a better internet service provider. Thank you

I loved this place! It was beautiful and quaint. The rooms are really great. Staff is wonderful and very friendly and nice. The location is great because it is right on Main Street. Lots of restaurants and shops to walk to. Brick Stone Museum is right down the street. Parking is convenient in the back of the Inn. I hope I get to stay here again.

Lovely inn and friendly, helpful personnel. Our room was cozy with a working woodburning fireplace and two twin beds. Amenities included a delicious continental breakfast, wine glasses, and ice/ice water was available 24-7. Location was great, in quieter Northeast Harbor, but a short 20-minute drive to busy but fun Bar Harbor. We would definitely stay again!

Cozy place to stay with a great location and friendly staff. The tavern was so fun too! The beds were very firm for those who have bad backs but beside that I would stay again!

Very very pleasant staff. Easy parking. Antique building so to be expected some compromise. No outlet in bedroom for phone by bed was frustrating, though. Very noisy old window units, Bathroom was disappointing: Goos hot water, but claw tub with flaking exterior paint, no stopper to take a bath, curtain was a thin white liner to which scissors were taken to make a cutout for faucets. No real shower curtain. A little (inexpensive) updating would go a long way. Good location. Good hot water

The room wasn't clean, there were spiders everywhere, and the noise level was too high.
