In room 212 the shower rod is broken therefore the curtain does not stay closed, we had to lay towels down on the faucet end as the water poured out freely. Otherwise best place we've stayed in a long time, thank you!!!

This was just ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. The scent in our room was overwhelming and seemed to be covering up animal scents.

Room was clean, had a slight stale smell to it, but went away after opening windows for awhile. Beds were okay, could be a bit softer for my liking. Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was meh..typical continental breakfast. Parking was sufficient. Close to towns and restaurants.

We stayed for the weekend, the staff was helpful and friendly. Small pool and close to many things. A lot of antique and thrift shops.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and comfy beds! This place is not walkable to the Kennebunk Port area! Breakfast was fine but fairly limited! Very happy overall!

Although small, breakfast was plentiful and I enjoyed eating on the enclosed porch I also appreciated that we were able to get a free parking pass to the beaches (which would have cost $40 a day to purchase)

Pool needed to be cleaned. Too many bugs and hair in water.

No rug to wipe your feet on when you came into the room. And we always walked across the black mulch, so we brought it into the room.

Bon rapport qualité/prix, gros plus pour le stationnement pour véhicule électrique. Bien situé entre Oqunquit et Old Orchad Beach. Propre, 8/10 overall.

We had a great time staying here. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We loved how pet friendly they were. The pool is kept clean as well. There is a good selection for breakfast. Overall very happy with our stay here and I am sure we will visit again in the future.
