Beautiful property. Amazing service. 2 bedroom cottage was huge and well maintained. Highly recommend. Only negative is high cost.

The cottage was absolutely amazing, we loved the outdoor shower and the screened in porch!

Beautiful property with nice replenished BBQ. I enjoyed the peaceful environment without the closeness to neighbors or any one. A nice relaxing vacation with a beautiful screened outdoor patio (and shower). A shuttlebus driver was rude to my mother

Exceptionnel cabins, great restaurant, quiet comfortable luxury. Was disappointed by the very high amour of packaging with their food served in plastic containers if you eat by the pool and for all in room dining meals, which is truly excessive and sad to see. I also wish there was a more attractive spa services with steam bath, hot and cold plunge.

Very quiet and private location. Really nice house. I didn’t feel safe. You can only lock the door inside in a way where someone outside can still open it with a key so any member of staff or anyone who ever worked there and knows where they keys are could come in. Or smash the glass in the door and turn the handle. There should be a way to double lock inside.

Hair all over shampoo in shower. Had to ask twice for missing items. Dinner was so so and breakfast...no staff and heat was off!

The cabin was large and well appointed. The price was outrageous.

The shuttle to Tides beach club adds a beach experience . The restaurants at Earth and Tides are excellent but book well before you go! The only negative was that room servicing did not arrive until after 4pm when people were getting ready for the evening. The service was very short and did not really clean anything.

The staff truly go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional - for example they provide your preferred dairy with coffee delivered each morning. We had a half gallon of oat milk delivered each morning. They also left quite a special note and gifts given we were there on our honeymoon. The bed was quite worn - we had a little bit of back aches after sleeping there a few nights. The coffee delivered each morning was a delight but not very hot.

We liked the overall ambiance, charming main lobby and outdoor shower in the room. The room overall was good. But other than the person at checkout who was great, we did not feel the other service people were excited to have us there.

WE LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR BUNGALOWS AND THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE AND ACCOMMODATING. OFF HAND WE CAN'T THINK OF ANYTHING

We enjoyed the pastry left at our doorstep. The Earth restaurant's atmosphere was charming and romantic and the food was delicious. We loved the Rendezvous bungalow for its beauty and peaceful location. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We would most definitely go back. To be honest, there wasn't anything we didn't like.

What an incredible resort! The website doesn't do it justice. The little cabins are so well designed for relaxation, you feel yourself melt away into comfort as soon as you step inside. The actual interior design and finishes complete the experience, and the interior design of Earth restaurant and Tree Spa are stunning. The staff is extremely attentive yet unobtrusive providing the 'lagniappe' touches - quietly delivering a thermos of coffee and pastry outside the cabin door at 6:30 am. The resort feels so secluded, yet is only two minutes from gorgeous Goose Rock Beach and the sister resort, Tide Beach Club. Every night, we watched the sunset on the beach, while having drinks and appetizers on the lawn or porch at Tide Beach Club, then retreated to our little sanctuary at Hidden Pond. Simply amazing. It would be nice to make sure guests at the resort have the ability/preferential position to be able to dine at the resort. We really wanted to try Earth, but there were no reservations for weeks.

The property was beautiful, but it was run very unprofessionally. For the price, I was expecting a lot more. I was very disappointed and ai would not recommend the hotel. There are much nicer and better options available.
