Friendly staff. Lakefront Park across the street with. Nice walking path along Lake Pontchartrain. Lots of parking. Clean linens and floors. N/A

They are currently remodeling so there was a mess. The room we had needs serious upgrades that they haven’t done yet. The tub leaked but otherwise it was okay.

I’m appalled that the hotel was even open. Half of it was cut off due to remodeling, it was disgusting, dirty and the staff were completely unprofessional. I would have left but we arrived late from our flight and didn’t want to go searching for another hotel.

Very convenient, quiet, and comfortable. No complaints

First of all the building and rooms was nasty. It stank bad, roaches and bugs in the rooms. Rub was filthy. The building was being remodel so all the chemicals all in the air, it was noisy. The worst hotel ever. Im more mad that they was open for people to stay there with construction going on in the building. Something bit my baby in the face. I do believe I should get a refund, because it was horrible

The room was very dirty, the shower was very dirty, rústy.

I liked the price of the hotel. The hotel was very dirty in the hallways. There was a carpet stain outside my room with crumbs and straw wrappers. The walls were chipped and very sketchy.

The hotel is currently under renovation and the rooms are in horrible condition. Dead roaches in the hallways that stayed there for days. The toilet in our room was broken, made the room damp. No daily maid service. Property and furniture is very old, stained and just disgusting!

The bathroom is dirty and hairy, and the floor is dirty and damp.

I realize they are undergoing renovations, but there is absolutely no excuse for the condition of hallways, rooms and lobby, NASTY

Nothing I was charged $57.50 on top of the daily rate and hotel fee, and was told they don’t know why. Housekeeping don’t come if you are there less then 7 days

We stay here quite bit and typically have no issues whatsoever. Great friendly staff, beds are comfortable. Actually never had breakfast there though! The only thing is we didn’t have any hot water, but I assume it’s because of the renovations going on.

The floors and furniture were severely stained. At best this is a 2 star hotel.

The best thing about this hotel was its convenience to my family’s home. The staff was very friendly. I’ve stayed here years ago, and the place has really gotten run-down. Wasn’t well lit. Hallway door to parking wasn’t latched or locked. Rooms are old and musty. Just needs a complete overhaul or to be closed down. I didn’t feel safe. I won’t stay here again. It’s a shame.
