Great hotel near to the airport

The rooms are clean and staff were very friendly too.

Cleanliness It was perfect

Solid choice. Not the best area and the walls are pretty thin, but it works.

Got in early and they had a room ready for us (lucky). Free shuttle service to airport next day. Breakfast area clean, neat and well stocked. Clean and comfortable accommodations . All around pleasant atmosphere. For the type of hotel...service was superb. Nothing I didn't like

The lady at the front desk was very nice! Our room was ok but we noticed ants on the inside of the window. We were exhausted so just set all our stuff by the door amd left early in the morning.

The mattress was very comfortable and the staff very helpful.

Clean, comfortable. Good breakfast. Staff were very helpful. Complimentary Transportation to the airport was a bonus. We also used the pay laundry facilities which were very convenient considering we had been traveling for over a week.

I didn’t like that there was a big cockroach in my room when I woke up.

Room was cleaned and housekeeping refreshed the room while we were out. They cleaned and left a fresh set of towels. Breakfast was decent and upon arrival at check in, warm cookies were given out. Nice pool. Staff was amazing and friendly. Enjoyed our stay and will return when in the area

Very convenient location, Pj at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant!

I went here for my stay in New Orleans and it was OK. The staff was polite. However, when I took a shower, I realize there was long curly black hair on my washcloth and towels and it was very nasty. I did go downstairs and request clean ones those also had hair and then the lady triedto give me more and she was nice but she said it might be from the staff with the hair and that was my only complaint besides the noise, but those were the people that were staying next to me which they can’t control that but other than that, it was an OK stay it wasn’t my favorite place, but it wasn’t the worst and it was a lot cheaper to stay there then on Bourbon Street.

It exceeded my expectations

Proximity to airport was perfect. It is located on a quiet street. Check-in was simple, the room was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly. It was perfect to rest after a late night flight into Nee Orleans! There was nothing that I would say I didn’t like.
