Motel quiet Convenient location Very relaxing experience

First off the staff was SO sweet and helpful, especially my boy Chris. The room was your basic room. It needed some more deep cleaning but it was mostly normal wear and tare. The bed and comforter were comfy! The coffee was amazing! Like the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had. Breakfast had plenty of options and was fully stocked. We went to Florida after our stop in NOLA & stayed at a Hilton Spark, let’s just say I was highly upset and missed this NOLA hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Dirty hotel

This is go to property whenever I have travel out of town, especially if I have an early flight. The shuttle service is always right on time. The staff is always very pleasant. And the property is always so clean. My room was very clean with very comfortable beds!! Perfect property for business or personal travels!

I was locked in the bathroom for 2 hours. The door was malfunctioned on a one way lock. The front office just said they’ll get it checked once I was checking out.

Room was clean. Staff very helpful. Very good breakfast.

Overall a nice place. Clean, quiet, comfortable with a nice selection for breakfast. A couple things to note: the bathroom and sink counter space very small. Laundry facilities need a bit more cleaning.

The only thing that was annoying is that the blinds wouldn’t open and seem in disrepair. Our 3 visit, the blinds don’t work. Otherwise everything was excellent.

I would come back to that place the next time I’m in New Orleans

The front desk clerk was very nice. She even took pictures of us. The pool area was nice to hang out and we enjoyed the 4rh of July fireworks from the neighborhood

This place was not the cleanest, outside trashcan was full and filthy. The room was very small even though it had a king size bed, it was very snug. Fireworks were still going off at 12 a.m. from the 4th of July celebration. The elevator broke down, thankfully I was able to get a room on the first floor. And breakfast food was almost gone at 7:30 a.m. with no one around refilling it. We waited about 10 minutes before someone refilled the scrambled eggs. Staff was not friendly or welcoming. The price was higher from the hotel we rented earlier that week in Gonzales, LA. and a whole lot smaller. Not a place I would stay again.

Clean Facility and Room. Ample hot breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Near the Airport. Highly Recommended.

The rooms are clean and staff were very friendly too.
