Wyndham New Orleans Airport & Conference Center

This place has been growing on me. They not have a restaraunt or a bar or an open pool, but they make up for that with a great staff! I really enjoy staying here.

Clean rooms, beautiful lobby, well-stocked bar, friendly staff.

The staff was excellent, even though she was the only clerk working she listened to everyone and acted professionally. The room was clean, The hotel is very convenient to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

We killed 2 large cockroaches and then left.

The TV didn't work. Not enough towels. Had to wait for staff to bring us to our rooms. Rudeness.

And, when finally told the key system was working, I was given a key card but it didn’t work. I had to go back down stairs to exchange it for another key card. The front desk did not make my experience any better. I would NEVER lodge there again.

Not too good. I was given a room with a broken A/C and Phone. Then I was given a room where the A/C was also not working properly and the bathroom fan was making a loud noice. I tried to get ice from 6 different ice machines and none was working.

Close to Airport The amenities suggested were not available. The pool was green and not taken care of(unavailable), no working ice machines, there were no towels provided in my room, I had to ask for them. There was no working Wi-Fi in the room, it only worked in the lobby, the restaurant was not up and running it’s been closed for a while. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This place needs a lot of work

Power was out. I had to get another Hotel

The front desk area was lovely. The staff was very friendly and nice Pool and hot tub not working. Severe leak in the bathroom and had to change rooms. Dirty laundry and garbage left in the hallway all night long and was still there this morning. Keys quit working after a storm. Very inconvenient

Waited 3 hours to have a staff member let me into my room. We never got a key for room. Asked for a late check out and they couldn't even do that. I will never stay at this place again. Do better!

Hallway area was not clean, the lobby was hot when you walk in, and the room was not that clean

And here is the worst part: the pool water had turned and was dark green!!! Yuk!

Took 2 hours for check in they were having technical problems with room access

It was a good location the rooms needed to be cleaned better but the staff was accommodating

The pool was a swamp. All they needed were the alligators! The is no daily house keeping service. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned!

A large bug bite on my neck the 1st night. I couldn't identify the bug but extracted blood and inflammation from the bite on the next day.
