Didn’t like no air in the lobby no pool, no breakfast the ads was wrong

Still haven’t received my deposit back

Ir was not working..They had termites in the room.Terrible

There was no amenities. No bar, restaurant. I missed my flight and it was close to the airport. The pool was closed and dirty. The room was okay but the water pressure in the shower was weak

Housekeeping could be more attentive with daily cleaning of rooms. Overall, a good stay for the cost nightly.

My sheets were dirty in my room it was crumbs of some sort left on the night stand and dirty droppings on the floor just disgusting. It was no one at the front desk so I left ! I would not recommend to anyone . I would never stay here again

The rooms are in need of a major updating. I stayed there once before and so no more. Decided to give it one more try since it was under a new chain. That’s it, no more.

The staff was very nice and helpful. And even tho their airport shuttle was out of service they still found a way to get you to the airport on time

We stayed at this hotel before when it was a different name. Location is super convenient. We like that we can park our car for a fee and a free shuttle to the airport.

We took advantage of the park and fly. Parked our car during our river cruise to Europe. It was great! Their airport shuttle was out at the time so we were provided a complimentary Lyft instead.

The staff was great and the facilities nice. My room did have loose flooring that buckled up and the pool is disgusting. It resembles the reflecting pool in all the bad ways. Overall, I liked the location very much, but it does need a couple of improvements.

Conveniently located near the airport with easy parking. The lobby is beautiful and well kept. The woman at the front desk was very professional and accommodating. However, the condition of the hotel/room and the unsavory people that frequent the area and utilize this hotel make it a poor choice to stay.

Adequate parking available. Perfect location. There are shopping centers, and restaurants close by. Easy access to I-10. The cleanliness of the hotel was good. Although you could tell something’s haven’t been dusted in some time. However, the room could use some upgrading. The beds were not comfortable at all. Perhaps someone should rotate the mattress regularly and make the beds steady. My ten year old complained about the bed being uncomfortable so that should tell you something! You could tell the mirror in the bathroom had been replaced. The area where the previous mirror was hung was visible, peeling paint etc. The vanity needs replacement , old and chipped. The younger front desk staff was pleasant. The older front desk staff not as much.

The hotel was under construction and it was not advertised as such. The lobby was without AC and was hot. The property was dirty. Room was nasty with dirty floors which turned my bare feet black. There were chunks of hair and a French fry left behind by the night stand. The bathroom felt dirty and the bathtub was basically falling apart. The Ac in the room barely worked and it was musty and hot. A really terrible stay for me.

The host was very friendly. The hotel itself was needing repairs. The carpet in the halls were wet. There were fans trying to dry the floors. The directions to our room was not clear. The ice machine was out of order. The pool was not open.

Never made it to the hotel, because all the numbers listed either were disconnected, or not answered. No possible way to get in touch with the “shuttle” service from the airport. False advertising! Do not book this hotel if you are expecting a shuttle from the airport

More positives are the location to the airpor,t and the shuttle is actually a Lyft driver which has also been nice and on time. Parking is also free and I felt safe leaving my car on site. Finally, the price per night is excellent. As for the property itself we have had some issues. 1st time we had to be moved since the air in the room didn’t work. The new room was fine. 2nd time, the room was really humid and smelled a little of mold, but then it cooled down and was fine. This time, the room was cool, but the coffee machine was not working and when I used the workout room it was so hot. Felt like hot yoga in the treadmill. Also the water cooler was empty. With the heat, water would have been nice. And finally, the pool was closed, which I also would have liked to use after the run.
