Everything was clean and in good order. Just a quick over night before a red eye flight

The room and hotel in general were very clean. The pool was big and clean. I wish I could give this place 5 stars. Beds were not too comfortable and the room was so bright at night, luckily i brought an eye mask. The first night there, it sounded like someone was dropping a bowling ball over and over until after midnight. The second day there, got locked out of my room, key card wouldn't work. Was told they never actually checked me in the day before, for some reason. Was petrified that someone else had moved into my room and stole all of my stuff. My daughter was near tears. Had to get a new key card. After that things went a lot smoother. Not the hotel's fault, but being so close to a busy intersection, heard a lot of sirens and horns beeping at all hours of the night. Overall, if you actually get checked in, and are lucky enough to not be kept up half the night with extremely loud banging sounds continuously, should be an alright stay.

The towels was crunchy , it does give a Motel 6 vibe but like maybe motel 7 instead lol ,we came fora concert and to explore so it was a good place to sleep but the shower drainage was slow so it the water did start to rise as we were showering but the cookies were good and the rooms ac worked and is close to airport with a free shuttle every 30 mins so that’s a plus but to go to bourbon street / the city is about 20 mins if your Planing on using uber.

The first room had mold everywhere on the ceiling, including the lamps that sat on the nightstand. There was also a leak where the paint had bubbled on the ceiling so I went down the front desk and they said they would change my room. The mold on the ceiling in the first room it was room 414

The stay was just OK. The pool wasn’t very clean. It had a lot of bugs and it wasn’t cleaned every day. The food you had to pay for it and the variety wasn’t well. They also gave us a raw French toast alongside that the hotel hallway and elevator had a strange smell. During our entire stay there we never got our room cleaned, even though we had the sign on for them to clean it. It took us approximately an hour to receive an extra pillow and cover along with towels. We had to sit all of our trash outside of our hotel door in order for them to pick it up, which is very tacky. The headboards in our room aren’t very clean either there was trash in the trashcan and a little along the rims of the bed.

It was a good stay

It was clean and quiet. Parking fee was very affordable which was a plus. The only thing I didn’t like was the rug by the bed was dirty. You could tell it doesn’t get cleaned.
-
This hotel overall was okay. Due to issues with the bathroom, water not heating and the quality of the towels and wash clothes.
-
Very accommodating with travelers. Left my car for ten days. Super bar area with great food. Would book again.

The hotel was beautiful and we liked the fact that we could use the park and fly when we went to the airport. However, when we landed back in New Orleans and needed to be picked up by the shuttle, we called the hotel and they said it runs every 30 minutes and it was leaving in 10 minutes. We waited an entire hour calling to check again and they kept saying he should be there soon (mind you the hotel is 1.7 miles away). He never showed up and we had to pay $30 for an Uber and then when we pulled into the hotel parking lot we saw the shuttle bus just hanging out next-door in the Chick-fil-A. Unacceptable
