The front desk staff is always so welcoming to my husband and I. Always accommodating
-
Room was dirty, elevator button hard to use, awaiting response to work order request. Continental breakfast terrible, hardly anything there.
-

I checked in late pm. The service was horrendous, I had to call on a phone to get someone to service I took almost 2 hours to get someone in the counter. Lady was pissed asleep and not in the mood. I get it but it’s the job. Went into the hotel everything was disgustingly dirty. The room was very poorly maintained dirt and stuff everywhere. I stayed cause I had a need and I was tired. This is not a family hotel is a marijuana hotel. The minute you enter it reeks of it. The room I was in too. I’ve been in hotels around the country and this is the worst ever by far.

Don’t book this hotel, rooms are nasty saw three different rooms and all was the same. I got a refund and went to a nice hotel.

I had to switch 3 rooms .First room smelled bad .2nd room tv didn't work .3rd room toilet was broken I really feel i was over charged and need some of my payment bk .It was not worth $414

It was very poor customer service. Never had a chance to check in . Tried to pay on line it would not allow me to because I said I would pay at the property. I notified booking let them knew that I would be arriving late said it would be ok then get in and they canceled my reservation ??

Beds were comfortable, bathroom need a makeover, I had to use a towel to cover the blinds because there were some missing. The lady on check in date was rude, her attitude change once I ask her why she was so rude her response was (I'm not feeling it today). I think her name was Helena are Elena.

Nice staff very accommodating. Rooms were clean no issues ever staying at this location. Would highly recommend this property. My go to whenever I’m in the area

Glad we were only there 1 night

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable for a paying costomer. The floor was extremely dirty and sticky when I arrived. I ended up hand washing the floor myself because it felt so unclean to walk on. Probably ruined a towel or two they were so grey after. The hall could use a steam clean too. Bathroom sink front where you sit and look over needed a wipe too, but I left that dirty...so go check that today. Management seriously needs to improve housekeeping standards and invest in proper cleaning equipment.... please go buy a steam mop, get a wash bucket, or something. Guests should not have to clean the room themselves. I trusted the name of the hotel to have the same standards, but this fell short this visit.

I booked my room late for a late check in and received a confirmation to only arrive there a few hours later and had to wait one a day a half hours to find out that they canceled my room and charged me a cancelation fee.
-
I do want to say the housekeeping staff appeared overworked and did the best they could. The real issue is management not properly inspecting the rooms or maintaining the property to acceptable standards. What made the experience even worse was the lack of concern from management. I never received an apology for the inconvenience or any type of compensation. As someone with pulmonary lung disease who is on oxygen, staying in a clean, functional, and comfortable environment is extremely important. This experience added unnecessary stress and discomfort to my stay. I truly hope management takes responsibility and improves conditions for future guests. I will be sending a letter to corporate along with my videos.

If you arrived at night time, no one is in the front desk. Terrible!!! We need to find another hotel to stay for the night
