Outdated with bugs and mold. The beds were lumpy and the tub had hair in it. The food was limited and the pictures definitely don’t give a true picture

Pool was not working or not open

Not a bad hotel. Clean rooms. Not far from the airport.

I couldn’t even enjoy the stay, because I couldn’t stay. I was so tired, I went to put my dinner in the fridge and TWO ROACHES popped out. I screamed and was grabbing my stuff to leave and ANOTHER roach was on the dresser. So within a minute I saw 3 roaches. . There was an infestation! I have never experienced roaches and to be honest I am traumatized. I had to book another hotel, which is hard when you are traveling with a group. I would not recommend. At the rate of 3 roaches a minute I don’t want to know how many I would have seen if I stayed. I am HIGHLY disgusted!

This hotel was horrible and it had bed bugs and mold.

First off, this place is roach infested. Secondl, we booked a room for 5. I expected a pull out coach or at least a cot. I called the front desk twice and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. When I went downstairs the lady said that there were no rooms for 5, and she would not be able to get a cot because it was a fire hazard. The lady at the front desk did not care. Also pool was very green.

Its summer and we were looking forward to the pool and it was not open & green. The trash that was out side had been there our whole stay. Breakfast was okay. The cooked elements (sausage & link sausage) could have been cooked better. It just mediocre

There was a front desk female staff that was very rude my mom is handicap and I reserved a first floor room when we got there and I told her and she saw my mother she said she did not have none in the first floor I explained to her that I had a reservation for a room because of my mom and she said first come first serve and placed me and my mom on the 3rd floor. If it was not for the early morning clerk and manager fixing the accommodations my mom would had had to struggle to get to the room. So I thank the morning clerk and the manager for a job well done.

Pool Down. Breakfast ran out quick! No hot egg, potato, or non pork options. Toilet made an extremely loud noise out of no where several times throughout our stay. Some of the staff was rude. Lots of lizards in the room. Mold on curtains above air conditioner.

The hotel is not clean the bathroom was terrible

You get what you pay for. Conveniently located close to the airport. But I was charged twice

Staff was good

People were really nice

Bed was comfy , however the room had several baby roaches! In the restroom and in the room part near the microwave! Toilet also took forever to flush. The bathoom tub is very outdated . They also charge 12 per night for parking.

We were disappointed that the pool was not functional due to some chemical issue.

Respecto al personal, debió el receptor tener más paciencia porque somos de habla hispana y pienso que deberían de estar capacitados para diferentes idiomas porque no todos los turistas sabemos inglés.

Decent stay here but the guy at the desk was very rude and seemed annoyed to be doing his job. Breakfast was limited
