Extended Stay America Select Suites New Orleans Airport

Area,cleanliness,microwave,spacious,refrigerator, plenty parking,stove to actually cook on The elevator was broken entire time . Had to room keys and out of 10 days the keys only worked 3 full days.The other 7 days,we had to keep walking up and down 3 flights of stairs at least twice after going up the stairs not being able to get in the room.They wouldn’t let my girl in the room when her key stopped working.

It was clean , nice No ice machine in entire place, remote had issues front dest close to early and open to late

The weed smell and how sone of the side doors were propped open with sticks and rocks they need to have better safety portals

Everyone we interacted with was extremely helpful and courteous, which made the stay even better. It was exactly what we needed for a quick overnight stay before traveling, and I would gladly stay here again.

I wouldn’t know! Went to check in, desk was close and wanted me to do it over the phone after I had been driving almost 13 hours

The front desk lady was nice. The hotel was in a good area good close by. The room did have a kitchenette but with the roaches I did not bring any food in the room. I killed several roaches in the room so food in the room was a no go! Roach was flying around very unsanitary and nasty. The bathroom sink took about 15 minutes to drain after brushing teeth so that was fun!!!

Check in was easy as always...no problems or hassles. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Some of the lights in the room didn't work but that's ok. I've stayed at this hotel a few times and I've never had any issues. I will be staying here again in the future.

You have to pay for phone use. Even local calls, no front desk after in the evening nor before 9am, no dishes at an extended stay ( $60 extra for dishes Charge for fresh towels Roaches, guest are expected to take out trash to behind building
