Best Western Kenner

I had an amazing stay! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious with great options. I would definitely recommend this hotel for family stays.

Breakfast sucked. Pancakes were not completely cooked. Sausage was cold and greasy. Juice was sour. Beds were comfortable. Room was good. Didn't go to the pool. Bathtub was very slippery. Need to have skid resistant on it. Convient location.

This was close to the airport, has a breakfast that was good. There are also other food places near within walking distance. We actually ate at the food truck park next door and it was fantastic! The hotel room was clean but it smells old and looks old. They added modern flooring and furniture bed but everything else is old. It met our need. Bed was ok. Pillows suck. Please add better pillows. The lady who checked me in was nice. She let me check in early. We also asked a house keeper for a blanket and she took care of us. The thin sheet wasn’t enough.

I would DEFINITELY return.

Pleasantly surprised. Booked last minute from an airport cancellation. Rooms are very big. Rooms were clean. Did not stay long enough for the breakfast. Would book again.

Very spacious and clean. Front desk staff was super friendly and nice. Wifi strength on 5th floor was poor and had connection issues. Water pressure was also very weak

Front desk workers very helpful. Hot tub did not work. Felt like the manager or owner was kinda monitoring us. I just went to bring my kids swimming. They had indoor outdoor pool, which was great due to the weather. While swimming there was a time or two where the owner or manager kinda watched from the window. The door was opened so I felt like the kids couldn’t make noise.

The hotel is close to everything and easy to get around. I liked everything i really didn't like anything.

Everything was nice and clean. breakfast was good and hot The only thing that I had trouble with I was looking forward to the pool and hot tub. The hot tub did not work
