Staff was polite. Room was very clean and cozy.

Surprisingly nice and inexpensive near the airport. Cute decor and very comfortable bed.

Room was molded made me sick it was wet the roof was open yuck no ac horrible

I would probably recommend to a friend as long as they don't get a bottom floor, no window room.

There was a lady at the front desk. I ordered Caucasian lady and she was wonderful! She was joking with us, laughing with us and even the next day acknowledge us in the hallway so she was a pleasant.

the room looked unsafe. there was rust in the bathtub. the pillows had dirty scuff stains. the door would fully close.

The check in was slightly difficult if you use a 3rd party site. Check with them before arriving to be sure they have your info. The hotel was beautifully decorated. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was definitely worth the money for the price. I will definitely be returning for another stay.

Sadly nothing- I lost $400 due to them being overbooked and despite numerous calls I was never provided a refund I booked the room with Booking.com . Arrived to the hotel at 9:30PM, waited in a 20 minute line at the front desk to be informed they were fully booked and had no room for me even though I had a reservation. Contacted the hotel and booking.com via phone and email- no refund was given despite the fact I NEVER STAYED HERE.

Nice hotel. Wish they would empty trash in room. Were there 3 nights. Restaurant on sight was good.

Staff in the morning shift on 04/09/2026 is very unprofessional. They have not idea how treat the customer. I received the email from hotel this morning if I want to do late check out. The was offered $ 30.00 for late check out at 4.00pm. When I went to desk to accept they told they don’t know anything about. In the very rude way. Staff very unpleasant with customer. I hope hotel ownership knows. They really need care the customer right
