Tryp By Wyndham New Orleans Airport & Conference Center

Pleasant

Shower head was missing, bathroom wall had severe water damage. The manager said I would be refunded as I chose to not stay there. I have not been refunded as of yet.

It wasn't the Ritz-Carlton but for the money it was great.

Lobby All good

The fire alarm went off several times waking me up out of desperately needed sleep only to be a false alarm

I didn't like the Weed smell in the hallway and I didn't know that it was 2 different hotels. I like the Wyndham side better. Overall it was a nice place to spend the night. They also could have had thicker blankets

The rooms should be upgraded, the carpet was soaking went the whole stay in hallway, our room was not cleaned at all, we had to get get new towels ourself, the soap was empty and there was no tooth paste in the room.

Super convenient location at a great price

It was all good

They hotel is beautiful inside It was NOT clean at all and smelled unpleasant as soon as you walked in.

Surprisingly comfortable! Fmdid not expecting the room to be this nice! I will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

Everything

Great location for a great price

The front desk was very friendly and helpful! When I needed a shuttle to the airport, they scheduled with no problem!

Honestly nicer and cleaner than expected!

The lobby is beautiful and inviting. The first room that I received was not clean. I had to go back to the front desk. I received another room assignment. That room was clean and spacious. Idid notice that the hall leading up to the room had not been cleaned/ vacummed the two nights that I was there. I didn't really see much staff on site, so I'm not sure if they were short staffed. I rented the hotel because it offered a pool as one of the amenities. However, I was told by staff that the pool was not available. Which really put a damper on my stay. The smoke detector started to beep intermittently at close to 3:00 am and I was unable to get anyone on the phone, so I dressed to go to the front desk. The overnight person had stepped away from the desk. When she returned, I was told that maintenance was not available and that I could change rooms. I did not want to change rooms at that time of the morning, so I agreed to let her know if it started again. I was also told that there is a Tryp side and a Wyndham side of the hotel. I'm not sure what the difference is. Over all the hotel is esthetically pleasing and the staff was friendly.

The bathrooms need to be updated.

I wasnt happy with my stay at Tryp Hotel the shower head didnt work in room 1246 which resulted in me having to take a bath secondly the pool being close due to cleaning purposes I will like a credit or some money refunded because this was unacceptable

Exceptional

Confusing to find the room
