Fairfield Inn by Marriott Kennett Square Brandywine Valley

Biggest negative was that we had no WiFi. We check en in on Thursday and were told it had been down all day. It remained Downs on Friday and was still down on Saturday when we checked out. With these rates, lack of WiFi is inexcusable

The pool was under maintenance the first two days . Bathroom had no lock and no fan

We did not receive the room we reserved. Because we booked through Expedia and not directly with the property, they offered no resolution to the issue. It was extremely frustrating. Additionally, our room phone rang at 4:30 am and then the room alarm went off at 6:00. We had 4 people crammed into a room that was not sufficient with interrupted sleep and a staff that did not care to help us find a more suitable room, like the one we booked. would not recommend.

Really cool place to stay and close to downtown great parking clean room daily i didn’t get to do breakfast because its done by 9am im guessing thats the time im waking up if on vacation

Convenience to Longwood Gardens and breakfast.

Breakfast was great! Could hear the highway from our room.

Lawn was very high that harbors bugs and mosquitoes. Other than that the property looks great. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was fair. Could have been more welcoming and helpful. Especially to people who haven’t been to a hotel before. Not everyone knows your policies. Just saying.

Clean and beautiful facility

The breakfast was great. Disappointed that they didn't have a conservative news station.

We love the location. The bed was uncomfortable, and the noise level from the highway was excessive.

Facilities were nice and location was good I didn't like how i was treated and my requests where ignored. The carpeting was damp. The containers in the shower were empty so i couldn't use any of that. I had originally booked one night. Started to have difficulty getting my questions answered. No response from property. Booking.com had made several attempts to contact. When I got there my questions and concerns were diverted to the same GM that wouldn't call me or speak with me. I reluctantly did two nights of waiting for a response on if i could cancel or rebook. Nothing was said. The front desk was dismissive and rude so I took it at that and left.

Water never really got hot. Lukewarm at best.

The room was nice and clean. They came to clean every day. The only issue we had was the front desk did not have the quarters I needed to do some laundry. Breakfast was also good but the Apple Juice machine quit working on morning three of our stay. Plenty of good choices available for breakfast each day.

Everything about the hotel is good EXCEPT the road noise ! We were at the back of the hotel with our window facing the road and there was loud traffic, including trucks and motorcycles, late into the night and early in the morning before sunrise. A bad experience.

I rated stars but didn’t really interact with staff much or use must of the amenities. It was clean and comfortable. Th air conditioner worked great as it was 90 degree out.

hotel employee was very attentive. The breakfast at this hotel is very good, much better than most.
