Hilton Garden Inn Kennett Square

Great location with close proximity to Longwood Gardens and historic Kennett Square. Hotel was clean and well maintained!

Location/clean All good.

Overall the stay was fine. It was comfortable, clean and close to everything we were there for. My only complaints (which were minimal) were the fact that the body wash was empty in the shower, the indoor pool was cold, and the housekeeping staff was incredibly loud on the morning of our check out HOURS before we were due to check out so there was no sleeping in for us on the last day.

Our stay was wonderfulxand hope to to stay at othe`r locations in the future.

Great location

The staff was incredibly warm and genuinely friendly. I had three or four requests and they were able to take care of all of them!

Clean rooms

Our room was at the end of the building closest to route 1. There’s no relief from road noise. Also, be sure to request a room away from guests who have dogs with them. The room next to us had a dog that barked and howled from 5pm to 10pm. For $250 a night we expected better.

Omg, the moment you step through the doors a clean aromatic smell reaches your nostrils and calms your soul. The decor was modern with a at home vibe. The front desk clerk, Jack was friendly and very informative about all the amenities and even told us about restaurants for lunch to try nearby. Parking was vast! Our room was ready before check in. It was large, well maintained and comfortable. We didn’t get the chance to use the pool and gym but they were in excellent condition. I haven’t been disappointed with any of the Hilton Garden Inn hotels so far. They are my favorite to book when I travel.

The staff was really not very welcoming and they never mentioned the breakfast which we found about too late. Plus, the Kleenex box had 3 tissues left (all with the blue stripe that indicates it’s running out) and no other box available.

We especially want to recognize Kameron, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was clear that Kameron genuinely cares about creating a warm, accommodating, and helpful environment for every guest. That level of hospitality made all the difference and turned a great stay into an exceptional one. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience.
