The hotel was in the process of being remodeled but we were there on the weekend and things were quiet. The room was very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and the water views were beautiful. The hotel was right next door to Cedars restaurant and we had great food and a very nice server. The staff at the hotel were great too!

Our room was clean and we had a nice view of the river and the bridge. We appreciated the continental breakfast. The staff were nice and helpful. The outdoor pool area was nice as well.

We were disappointed with this stay. The property was run down and outdated. Room was small with threadbare carpet. We were looking forward to relaxing in the advertised hot tub but it had been permanently closed. Breakfast room had stained carpet.

Older property going through a renovation. We knew that up front. Fee parking and short walk to a brewery with food and another restaurant. The local chain hotels were twice the price

Hotel was quiet & staff was good. But…the place is so old & rundown. Carpet tears no place to plug in electronics, paint bad.

The building inside is a little outdated, but they are in the process of remodeling. They used to have a restaurant upstairs called the crowes nest that is no longer open. Besides that it was clean ,quiet, you receive a free breakfast buffet for each day you are there that was a plus. The views are amazing!! Your right on the river. The cable bridge that is across the way from the inn is pretty cool. There is so much more I could say about the area but I just suggest you check it out yourself if you are in the tri-cities area.

The facility is a bit under construction, but overall is clean and they're working on improving it! Great breakfast included too! Thank You Clover Island!

We have stayed here several times and always enjoyed the area and Clover Island. This stay was kind of disappointing. The air conditioner smelled horrible! The bed was definitely not a queen size bed "I measured it". We rented two rooms with a river view and the room on the 2nd floor had a window facing the river but you couldn't see it due to the big fence in front of the window. Not sure if I will be back after this visit. There are other far nicer places in the same price range.

Check-in was quick, concise and polite. Rooms were nice, beds comfortable, and I was surprised at how quiet it was given how busy it was there. I’d be pleased to stay there again.

The inn is a little older but was clean with very comfortable beds. The price for the view and free breakfast was outstanding. Watched the sun rise and set wiith a Columbia River views that were amazing.

We enjoyed staying on Clover Island Inn. The hotel has an amazing location right on the waterfront. The hotel was in the throes of remodel but our room was clean and more than adequate nonetheless.

We had a queen suite with a river view, and it was an excellent value. The complimentary breakfast is offered in a very nice top floor dining room. Breakfast options were a little better than standard. Loved that there is always decaf and regular on offer at the front desk. AC worked great. Staff were all absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Great stay.

Thank you to the manager and front desk staff for helping us with our booking. There was a glitch in the system and our booking with Expedia did not register with the hotel’s booking platform. The hotel was fully booked and did not have a similar room like we booked available. The manager graciously accommodated us and helped us immediately and even provided an upgrade. We were also pleasantly surprised that the location was very nice by the river and we could take evening and morning walks around. They are also renovating the property. We will be back again!

The next morning we walked on the island, seeing a white pelican near the marina, people fishing from the shore, as well as many swarms of gnat. Breakfast was well organized and tasty. I would consider staying again, but would definitely check the room at check in to make sure it was bug free.
