You get what you pay for. It was worth spending the night as we drove to the coast.

We stay here once a year while traveling and love the river views and marina. Front desk was great as we asked to change rooms because of strong smell of Marijuana. New room was great, clean and smelled great.⁸

Hotel is awful with bad moldy smell throughout - property is in rennovation however not sure if the renovations are going to fix all of the problems. Nothing has been maintained and was very depressing going to at night or waking up in the day. Lots of insects everywhere at hotel and island in general. Only good thing was the pool - cold on a hot day. Location was very nice as well with views of river. But not worth staying - look elsewhere until they confirmed that whole hotel is renovated!

Quaint property in TriCities. Great pub within walking distance. Beautiful view of the Columbia River.

Overall it was good. Comfortable beds. Clean. We would go back

The looks very out dated. And the breakfast was mediocre very bland. Beside that its was a nice a nice place to stay

Updated room was great. Still miss the Crows Nest & there is a lot of construction going on (seems like for years) but good restaurants are nearby. Breakfast was very good.

The room had an odor, and the mattress definitely needs to be replaced. I felt like I was sleeping in a hole. There was construction going on, but we didn't hear any noise.

Room were very old and worn. Bed linens were extremely old, thin, frayed and worn out. No extra blankets in the room. Dirty cleaning rag left in our room. Fridge was not cold. Beautiful piece of property on the river. Tear down and rebuild an upper scale hotel. Or a MAJOR renovation.

Beautiful area, they are doing construction so likely look a lot better after!
