Lack of grab rails in the bathtub/shower and a rubber safety mat could result in falls or slips. We put down a towel in the tub to protect us. I would suggest the grab rail so you don’t end up with lawsuits.The neon light in the main part of the bedroom area (over the bed,) was not working. Consequently, the room is dark. We felt compelled to keep the curtains closed because we were on the ground floor on the outside and there was a lot of foot traffic alongside our room. It would be helpful if you put some sort of film on the window so you can see out and get light, but people can’t see in.There need to be towel rods in the bathroom to hang up towels, and wash washcloths. Aside from that, as austere as the room was, it was quite comfortable. We appreciated the coffee pot, coffee, microwave, etc. All in all it was a good stay.

A block from groceries, gas, and a department store. White curtains, the room is never dark in the daytime, and I work nights. The wi-fi is unreliable,so I watched stuff on my phone instead. And I'm writing this review from the stairs because my key stopped working and nobody is answering either of the numbers I called.

The police activity during our stay and the drug dealers/addicts that seem to be “staying” here. I did not feel safe with my grand daughter.

The staff was very nice, rooms were clean. building is run down on the outside.

Clean passerby’s stopped us while unloading our belongings to ask us we had info about apartments nearby and if we wanted to buy jewelry

The motel room was ok. My room was cleaned once in 2 weeks. I was able to exchange towels at main office. Dumpster too close to room. But all amenities worked great. Was convenient to local places for groceries or eating out.

Absolutely nothing. I honestly think my money should be returned. The room was not clean or comfortable. The people in the room next to us were right outside our room door and window all night long, screaming and yelling, fist fighting and throwing up. When they took it inside, they were just as loud. We were scared to death. It was just a single pane window between us and them! My bed was right next to that window. There was no night time manager. They closed the lobby at 9pm. So we could not have called for help if we tried! When I spoke to the clerk in the morning, she said that those people are always like that and she couldn’t believe they placed us in that room. (Which means they LIVED there, right?!) The whole hotel was practically empty but they put us in this dead end corner where we were blocked in by this gang of people.

I stated that the amenities were okay because, I didn't look for any. The staff was Great, parking was good, room was clean, and the kitchen was clean but not used. Only visiting family so no need to use kitchen.

Room was clean with all the basics plus full size refrigerator and kitchenette..staff was helpful. Parking was convenient.

Room was not clean at all hair in the sink as well in the bed. Not clean at all.

Parking was a little tight. Room was clean. Nice room. I would stay there again. Staff was very responsible and friendly.

Oddly, my favorite thing about the property was the clean LVP flooring. Made the place look super clean and classy. The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator LARGE. The front desk staff were super pleasant and helpful when I had a question. Location felt a bit sketchy and safe at the same time. It was in an area with lots of homeless. My room was at the corner of the property. Lots of engine revving but it didn’t seem to impact my sleep. Cookware was kept in the office. The property was VERY well kept and felt safe.

There weren’t any clothes hangers or a box of Kleenex in our room #223. Otherwise, it was very acceptable.
