Room was clean with all the basics plus full size refrigerator and kitchenette..staff was helpful. Parking was convenient.

Room was not clean at all hair in the sink as well in the bed. Not clean at all.

Parking was a little tight. Room was clean. Nice room. I would stay there again. Staff was very responsible and friendly.

No sign for recpetion Office is shared with laudromat People always in car park lurking around so make sure ypu lock your vaulables up

Oddly, my favorite thing about the property was the clean LVP flooring. Made the place look super clean and classy. The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator LARGE. The front desk staff were super pleasant and helpful when I had a question. Location felt a bit sketchy and safe at the same time. It was in an area with lots of homeless. My room was at the corner of the property. Lots of engine revving but it didn’t seem to impact my sleep. Cookware was kept in the office. The property was VERY well kept and felt safe.

There weren’t any clothes hangers or a box of Kleenex in our room #223. Otherwise, it was very acceptable.

The front desk staff, particularly the young lady (I'm sorry I forgot to ask her name), were absolutely fantastic. After a grueling 13-hour drive, I was exhausted, but she made the check-in process seamless and efficient. Once I settled into my room, I was impressed by the cleanliness and the abundance of towels provided. Studio 6 exceeded my expectations in every way. Thanks for a wonderful stay and a great night's sleep!

The place was very sus. Some guy was trying to break in his room next to me. He said his key wasn’t working again. The following night I got in late and my key was down. There is no staff after 9 pm. Dogs and babies barking majority of the night, and horns honking in the morning. Not satisfied with this property at all. Book at woodspring suits for a more affordable restful and enjoyable stay.

Checked into our room to discover a used condom and wrapper on the floor, no sheets on the bed and hair all over the bathroom. It looks like they didn’t clean the room after the last guest left. Once we checked into our second room, no hot water and there was a leak on the ceiling. We were told the water would be fixed by the next day… it was not. Never got fixed.

The night staff was very unwelcoming, I was never told about a 100 dollars deposit when I booked the room and I have yet to get my 100 dollars refunded even though I was told it's been refunded

It has a little kitchenette with a full-size fridge, plug-in burners, and a toaster but nothing to cook or eat with like pans, plates, or utensils. There’s also an attached laundromat. They take pets. Good if you’re just passing through. My room on the first floor looked right out onto the street so I had to keep the curtains closed. It’s very basic, not even pictures on the walls.

What we would have liked was simply the ability to stay at the hotel we paid for and receive basic customer service on arrival. Since none of that was provided, our only expectation now is a full refund and immediate resolution. We were unable to stay at the hotel. When we arrived, the lobby was completely unattended, the lights were off, and no staff were present to check us in or assist us. We requested a refund immediately. Since then, we have received no response to any of our inquiries. The hotel staff has not responded to our messages, calls, or refund request at all. We expect a full refund for the reservation due to failure to provide access, service, or accommodations as paid for. Please issue our refund without further delay.

Waljed there from bus station.part of the walk was a little sketchy as i had my 2 young daughters with me. In a part of town that was questionable. But the motel was ckean and staff was helpful and nice.
