The staff were excellent, very professional and helpful. The downside, no elevator and initially only 3 pillows on the king size bed. I called and asked for more pillows, and they were delivered in minutes. The shuttle driver was very kind and professional. We would definitely stay at the Red Lion again if we return to the area.

Best scrambled eggs I've ever had, clean rooms, hot jacuzzi and a balcony. Very Impressed!

We didn't really get to spend a lot of time on the property but our room was clean and pretty large. The check in staff was amazing and the housekeeping staff was polite.

We enjoyed our stay at Red Lion hotel. Everyone was very friendly.

Comfortable stay and friendly staff. Some remodeling was being done, so it may look a bit updated when finished. EV chargers and good breakfast.

Great fast service, clean, also nice bed. Had a good time with family. And the breakfast is great.

Decent stay

The pool was very dirty and the room had damage everywhere. The ceiling, the bathroom, the tv stand. We had a corner room and the curtains did not go all the way around and so when the sun came up ....so did I. When told the gal at checkout she didn't seem to care.

The property is pretty dated, so the smell of old hits you at arrival. Check in was quick, room was clean and comfortable enough but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was very dated and had a smell to it. The air conditioner rattled. The grizzly bar and restaurant was not very clean and the beer was warm. Breakfast was very good and the room was quiet. The entry to the wing where my room was was next to a garbage site and smelled of food, waste and greasy stains on the ground. Not sure if I would stay there again definitely would not stay in that part of the hotel for sure.

It’s a family tradition to go and stay for the water follies. While the hotel is constantly under construction it’s a solid place to stay. Pool is nice, breakfast is decent, staff is always nice and welcoming.

We booked a room, but when we arrived, we were told they no longer had the room we reserved because they were full. If a room isn’t available, it shouldn’t still be bookable. We were told we were being “upgraded,” but the new room only had one king bed and a sofa bed for my husband, our four kids, and me. When we got to the room, the sofa bed was absolutely disgusting. It was heavily stained, dirty, and clearly hadn’t been properly maintained. The room itself felt very old, had an unpleasant smell, and was in desperate need of updating. We felt uncomfortable the entire night, but since we had nowhere else to go with our family, we stayed and left first thing the next morning. I do want to say that the front desk staff was kind and did their best, so this review is not about the employee. My disappointment is with the hotel’s management and maintenance. Guests should receive the room they reserved, or at the very least be informed ahead of time if that won’t be possible. The rooms also need to be inspected and maintained better. Even my kids noticed how uncomfortable the room was. My 12-year-old daughter said, “Mom, I feel gross sleeping in this bed,” and my kids kept saying they didn’t want to stay there. Unfortunately, because of our experience, I would not recommend this hotel for families. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and invests in updating and properly maintaining the rooms.

The staff were super helpful and room was clean. There are some things that need updating but overall a really nice place to stay.

I have stayed at this hotel every time my daughter has had a swim meet there in the last 8 years. The last two years I have appreciated the close proximity to the airport. The staff is super friendly and I will stay there in the future.

Renovations underway so hallways were cluttered. The doors so not mask any sound so you can hear everything in hallways. We had a balcony and the folks above us were smoking and dumped a liquid (water?) which soaked us below. TV was hard to navigate - no guide and no response from front desk or bell desk when we reached out. Pool and hot tub do not open until 10am and itinerary we were given said it was closed for season (?).
