Best Western Premier Pasco Inn & Suites

Had to find a hotel for me and my dog after we had planned to spend the night at nearby Hood Park in a tent but nearby fireworks changed our plans and made my pup freak out. Found this amazing hotel for a great rate with just a $15 pet fee. Breakfast was amazing and the room was easy to access via stairwell. This isn’t your grandmother’s Best Western as it was more along the lines of an Embassy Suites type of experience. Microwave and fridge in the room for convenience. Good coffee and friendly staff make this highly recommended spot in Pasco!

The staff were especially helpful. The person at the front desk, Alex, made sure we got our order in for the restaurant before the closed the kitchen (we only had 10 minutes left when we were checking in so his advice made it so we were able to get dinner in when we arrived which was a huge help after long travel). We also had two kids with us they made sure the pool stayed open late for us too so our kids could swim. The next day the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had for a hotel free breakfast, it really stood out. We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels on our travel and this one stood out! We will be back and we wanted to thank the staff for really making our night, it easily could have not worked out and they made it better.

Breakfast was great I wasn’t able to include the group rate for NSA state honored bc I booked through booking. I was told to delete & re book, however then I would be charged a fee for canceling. Just kinda annoying.

Excellent! We had our best night of sleep on day 11 of road trip. Excellent breakfast! We highly recommend as an excellent choice for spending a night.

Everything was well laid out and staff were nice!

The room was not inexpensive but the quality and comfort was outstanding so I felt better about the cost. But what we appreciated most and why we chose this property was that they offered a 24 hr shuttle service to airport and we needed to be there at 3:30am. This service was provided. Plus they provided us with a breakfast grab bag that turned out to be well chosen items and very appreciated. So I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a great time staying at this hotel. We were surprised with how nice it was, the amenities and restaurant on site. Our only setback was at the restaurant was closed our second night and we were not able to dine in as intended.
