King City Motel by OYO Pasco

Don't stay here. This property should be condemned and should not be allowed to remain open. In fact, it appears that squatters have taken up residence. Again, do not stay here. Expedia, drop this listing please. Good grief.

we left. September 26, 2026

Bugs in the room. Toilet didn’t flush. Property was dirty with garbage and abandoned vehicles. Laundry was broken.

This was a challenged motel with a number of people living in many of the rooms. It was a poor choice!

To much noise

You definitely get what you pay for. Its pretty run down. Lots of highway noise. If you dont have much money its a place to stay, but I wish I would have spent a little more and got a nicer place.

Everything worked - free coffee and ice in the truck stop Too much trash in the parking lot - quite noisy

There was stuff all over outside the room that could of easily been tripped over and someone was sawing something right outside my door at 4am in the morning. And as I was getting my stuff together I seen a roach crawling on the floor

Everything, see the above comment.

Nothing, it was a horrible experience right from the start. Thr bed coverings had holes in them. There were flies everywhere, and the toilet didn't work. Everything, see the above comment.

Friendly staff. Rooms are a nice size It can get loud sometimes
