I did not like dogs in the rooms barking all night. And blasting tv’s all night long. You should have payed me for staying there.

The staff was great, the room was sufficient for the price.

Room was clean but no hot water some of the time but front desk girl was really apologetic and she was super nice.

The AC unit worked well, but it was quite loud. We were able to sleep through the noise alright, but I imagine it'd be a big annoyance to others. The room stank of cigarette smoke. While much of this was probably due to people smoking outside, the bathroom had the strongest and most consistent cigarette stink... probably because people had been smoking in the bathroom (as evidenced by the plentiful cigarette burns on the rim of the bathtub.

I liked that the a/c worked, especially on a hot day. The road next to the hotel is super loud and busy. Woke up me up a dozen times. Also there was NO hot water to take a shower. The smoking room i booked also was no available when I arrived. Had to sit in my car with a/c on to have a smoke. Will not come again.

Our room was located on bottom floor. Between the noise from guest above us and city noise, we didn't sleep very well. They only offer coffee in the lobby. They did offer breakfast before covid. It would be nice to bring it back. Our mini fridge was stuck on freeze mode and almost froze my insulin before I saw it had been turned all the way up! In the bathroom the toilet was low to the ground causing a trip to the toilet an experience. When taking a shower, water temp very nice, but the shower head went all over the place causing water to build up outside the tub. The good items includes; nice comfortable king size bed, clean and upgraded sink area. The air-conditioner worked really good. Overall, the stay was nice, just could improve in some areas.
