Not to much, staff was pleasant and the bed was comfortable Filthy, homeless hanging around, filthy everywhere except the office. Didn’t have a working shower for 2 days.

Nothing! There was partying, drug use in immediate parking lot, and chaos for most night....report it to office, they were part of "partiers" Worst stay ever....and refused any refund or even discount due to we stayed the whole night even though we complained multiple times. Everything.

There was a very high smell of smoke everywhere in the building I had book a non-smoking room online and at check in they ask me againif I want non-smoking room wich it didn'tmake sense too. I won't booked in this place again.

Basically everything on-line advertised is a lie....it's in kennewick and is typical drug motel...loud music, no employee or staff anywhere, was informed no breakfast depending on time, you can get a cup of coffee.....Basically I got ripped off...pet fee advertised $10.00.....charged $25. Not even gonna talk about cleaning.....!!!! Paid $ 114.00 soooo far.....Hopefully we still have car in morning lol...it's not funny....answer like? Nothing...want refund Everything!!!!!! I don't recommend this motel to Anyone....I love you booking.com....but maybe it's time to check out who you are presenting to the public....just saying.

I did not like dogs in the rooms barking all night. And blasting tv’s all night long. You should have payed me for staying there.
