What a dump. I didn't know Kennewick had such a sketchy place.

The AC unit worked well, but it was quite loud. We were able to sleep through the noise alright, but I imagine it'd be a big annoyance to others. The room stank of cigarette smoke. While much of this was probably due to people smoking outside, the bathroom had the strongest and most consistent cigarette stink... probably because people had been smoking in the bathroom (as evidenced by the plentiful cigarette burns on the rim of the bathtub.

Our room was located on bottom floor. Between the noise from guest above us and city noise, we didn't sleep very well. They only offer coffee in the lobby. They did offer breakfast before covid. It would be nice to bring it back. Our mini fridge was stuck on freeze mode and almost froze my insulin before I saw it had been turned all the way up! In the bathroom the toilet was low to the ground causing a trip to the toilet an experience. When taking a shower, water temp very nice, but the shower head went all over the place causing water to build up outside the tub. The good items includes; nice comfortable king size bed, clean and upgraded sink area. The air-conditioner worked really good. Overall, the stay was nice, just could improve in some areas.

We didn’t stay there due to the false advertisement, hotel is terrible! Not clean and the rooms smells really bad like cigarettes.

The rooms were nice and clean. However, some people loitering around the property was a little concerning. I was very concerned for the safety of my car. I almost left and went somewhere else but I already paid for the room..

We did not even stay the night and left at 11 PM to drive 3 hours home. The room stunk of cigarette smoke, there were cigarette ashes in the drawer of the nightstand, and there were unsavory people just hanging out in the parking lot. When we arrived back to our room after being out, there was a random puddle of water on the floor that didn't seem to be traceable to anything, and footprints through the water, as if somebody had been in our room while we were out. When the staff was told of this upon our *very* early checkout, she just said she would "make note of it." No refund or compensation was offered, and the security hold of $25 is still showing up in our bank account.

Good price. Noisy neighbors. No doughnuts.

Several things in the room in need of repair such as bathroom door hinge (door hanging loose; would not close).

I have yet to receive my deposit from my stay on the 20th and 21st, and 23rd.

Room was clean and relative spacious. Bed was big and comfortable. Tv had a lot to channels.
