Very not family place. Not clean room, some long dark hair on the towels and in the shower. My husband was bitten by spiders after spending one night at the room.

The property was OK, the location was good, the pool looked very clean, the office & hallways were clean however, the room was very basic. My room did not have any dishes in the room, coffee or any basic amenities/toiletries. On their website, they stated all pets welcome and included in room rate and it is completely false. I arrived with my cat and I was charged an additional fee because receptionist Mel said they only accept dogs and I was almost turned away unless I paid a fee. Also, if you are looking for a quiet room or hotel, this wouldn’t be it. During my stay there were dogs barking all day & night.

Parking close to the entrance •There were cockroaches. I told the staff and they said “oh sorry, that’s too bad”. •The room smelled like smoke. •You sat on the bed and it moved from the headboard instantly. •the entire motel smelled gross •all towels had brown stains on them •the chairs in the room had a bunch of stains

Did not know there was no elevator. Had an elder person with me and was put on the 3rd floor. It's an old building and didn't seem to be well maintained. The beds were on wheels and kept moving every time you moved in the bed. The hallways and stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. There were 3 of us and only got one key. When I asked for a second one, I was told she didn't have anymore.
