There for work, the place was mostly quiet.

Pool was closed due to health code violations. The first room I stayed in was very stinky. The staff was able to get me a different room. Overall, not a bad stay but was not perfect.

The hotel is extremely dated and looks nothing like the photos advertised online. The overall condition of the property feels neglected, with noticeable odors throughout the building and common areas. There are no elevators, which can be difficult if you are traveling with luggage, children, or mobility concerns. Parking was a significant issue. Available spaces were limited, and there were often people sitting in vehicles for extended periods of time, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. There were also individuals working on cars along the side streets surrounding the property, which added to the feeling that the area was not well maintained. One of the biggest disappointments was the pool. It was not usable during our stay, despite being advertised as an amenity. The property overall appeared worn down and in need of substantial updates and maintenance. Families may find the accommodations disappointing, and anyone traveling alone should carefully consider other options before booking. Unfortunately, this stay did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s photos or description.

Please do your research this place is gross and you ask for help no one’s there my room was dirty mold and no one clean it when I walked into it had garbage everywhere poop on the seats and mold on the floor and the shower is not working the bed was not made had stains and bugs so please do your research

I was hoping to use the pool one of the days I was there and that is partially a reason I chose this location, but the pool was green and uncleaned. A very huge reason I had chosen this hotel was the full kitchen, I am a cook and came to visit my friend, I was hoping with a full kitchen the basic kitchen utensils, pots and pans would be available by request. But that was not the case. It was a very huge let down. I had brought my Roku Stick for the Tv in the room, it turns out the WiFi does not function on the external Roku Stick. No trashcan in the bathroom, really? Location was good, walking distance from useful places. The place was clean. I am not satisfied overall though.

Room was very clean. Staff were friendly and tried to accommodate our needs, replacing the one dining chair that was in the room when we arrived with two matching chairs when asked. There was no place to comfortably sit in the room...no chairs other than the two chairs at the table. The kitchen had a refrigerator, small microwave and stove but nothing else. No dishes. No pans, No silverware, No glasses, It had a coffee maker but no coffee cups even. It was totally bare.TV was about a 40" model precariously perched on a nightstand in the middle of the room with cables stretching behind it to the wall. I didn't even turn it on so I have no idea what channels were available.

I spoke with the front desk and was incorrectly told that the room had already been cleaned. After explaining the situation, I was assured that housekeeping would return, but no one came. I followed up again the next day and was given another promise that the issue would be resolved, yet the room still was not cleaned. What makes this even more disappointing is that I had been tipping the housekeeping staff during my stay and always treated them respectfully. Despite that, I received no housekeeping service for three days, even after multiple requests and follow-ups with the front desk. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through from both housekeeping and management was very frustrating and did not meet the standard I expected from this property.

I cannot stay in a place that I don’t feel secure

I liked the location of the building. I was right in the center of everything. The room's phone was out of service. There was no dial tone. The sink didn't drain right. It sounded super weird. Walls are super thin.

A lot of room. Shower was difficult to turn on, shower curtains were dirty, bed cover was ripped, and the door had to be pushed hard to close completely. My main concern was the shower, when I’d turn on the shower head no water would come out. I had to mess with it first.

Room was great for our trip with an uncle in a wheelchair. He enjoyed the room and the kitchenette.

The cochroachs that were found were not acceptable. The lower floor sustained flooding at some point. You could smell the humidity in the room.You can tell by the warped cabinets in the bathroom and kitchenette. No dishes, cups, glassware or cutlery in the room. And no ironing board. As it was on a lower floor there were no screens or security measures for the windows. I was in formed later that the Crack heads waunder this area and it is not safe. The Staff was friendly and accommodating. Ownership sucks.

Wi-Fi did not work. Bed was very uncomfortable. TV did not work. No help from staff to repair the TV. Chair was broken. Door to the bathroom had been kicked in. Shower was like taking multiple needle sticks. Dog in the room next to me barked and kept me awake. No Breakfast.

Hood location parking filled up had to park on the street

This motel did not hold my reservation. When we arrived they had given our room away. We used the pay later option. The motel said they had tried to contact us and even said they left a voice message on my phone. I had no messages. When we were forced to find another hotel the prices were over $300 a night. Because most of Kennewick was sold out. We can only think that this motel did not hold our room because they wanted more money. Don’t reserve at this place unless you want to be booked over.

Location was good except people who looked like permanent residents and living in an RV across the street. Abby was an exceptional staff member and was extra helpful. Bugs in our room, looked like roaches, no phone to call front desk, no hot water in the shower.
