La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kennewick

The toilet has an issue with running continuously after flush . Also, the water in the bowl is too high which is an issue when sitting. TV was a bit too much to navigate. The staff had to give me a list of stations/channels. I could not bring up a station guide.

Both the staff and location were very nice. I paid for a "two bedroom suite" with the expectation that a "two bedroom" would allow our family of four some privacy. Unfortunately, there were no doors, and thus no bedrooms. I would have received the same amount of privacy in a room that was half the cost. Very disappointed. Additionally, we booked this particular hotel excited about the hot tub... which we found out upon arrival was no longer operational and had been filled several years ago.

Good place for rest. Very...

Exceptional

Superb

Beds were comfortable, quiet place to stay, very well maintained.

The breakfast is really good.

Price Noisy

Nothing. My wife arrived and the room I booked for her smelled and the lights inside the room did not work. She called the front desk and the guy didnt really believe her and had to go to the room to inspect himself. He found her statement to be true. He moved her rooms, bit the second room smelled like dog piss and she remained very uncomfortable on the property. I called numerous times, no one would answer my calls or voicemails. I sent messages explaining we are canceling the 2nd night and we needed to be refunded. No one responded, no one has responded. She checked out on the 23rd and I had to pay another $200 for a different hotel for the night and I have no clue if the hotel plans to reimburse me for her not staying the 2nd night. I have the confirmation showing she checed out the morning of the 23rd.

Very good

Very nice hotel; good value...

. Gave her a treat she actually ate. There was a remote I could figure out.

Good breakfast Key card barely opened door entrance by poor entrance, only after 5 or 6 times did the electronic lock open. Convenient.

A very nice place for an airport stay.

And then the next morning at breakfast there was a sign saying they were out of regular coffee, but there were three urns out- hot water, decaf, and regular. So I asked the staff, is the sign old or is the coffee in the regular urn actually decaf. And they said it was decaf. It just all felt like easy fixes-clean the bathroom, get the coffee from the room stashes. Yeah…I dunno the vibe was just off, but as I said the staff seemed nice, and the room set up was good.
