La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kennewick

The room was clean and comfortable. We were pleased to find a bible in a night stand which used to be standard in all hotel rooms. The breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

Some properties even have pool room "quiet time" adults only after 10 never. Can you tell I use the pool at every hotel we stay at?!

I’ve stayed here many times and wish the breakfast offered bacon and hand downs or potatoes of some sort. Pool a bit cooler than I like.

Dual king bed rooms was great! Perfect for the family. We would’ve overlooked the ‘No Courtesy luggage hold’, the wet dog smell in the elevator, and broken night lamps. But even though we could have daily housekeeping we opted to do it just once during our 4 night stay to be eco-friendly and considerate. Just to find returning in the evening that the cleaning didn’t happen. All towels were still in the tub. All garbage bins were full. I left a tip and a thank you note for nothing. The receptionist did her best to get us towels and garbage bags but it was upsetting. The phone didn’t work so I had to go downstairs. I did not want to empty my own trash bins and have it sitting in our room. Apparently we weren’t the only room missed. Misery doesn’t love company. It was late. We were tired. I did not want to be cleaning.

The staff was really helpful & supportive when someone in the room above us was playing music & all we heard was the bass thumping. They spent a lot of time tracking it down & getting the other guest to turn it down. We were so grateful! Thank you ladies.

Easy access from highway, large room, comfortable bed, pretty good breakfast, friendly staff. Bed so close to a/c unit it was hard to get out of that side of bed, no options for dairy free milk at breakfast.

Location and room layout were good. Don't expect to be able to watch TV from the sofa in suite rooms. The TV is opposite the bed and doesn't swivel. Also, there is no email contact information. If you have questions, you have to call.

Location Extremely outdated

Super nice staff , very well organized and patient.

My only real complaint is the bathroom in our room(216). It is so small that if someone was sitting on the toilet and the door got opened they would get their knees broken! I will be going through Kennewick again and booked a different hotel because of that.
