Hampton Inn Kennewick at Southridge

Plenty of space in the room and well appointed with plenty of USB ports. I wish the bed had been on the wall that faced the TV because I get a crinck in my neck laying sideways. Loved the walk-in shower and large bathroom with plenty of counter space. There is a lot of road noise...all night long, and you had to hunt someone down to keep the breakfast well supplied.

Everything was clean! The rooms, the lobby, the breakfast area, the property! The bed was comfortable, I slept like a baby. The staff were very helpful and friendly. N/A

I have never stayed at a noisier hotel than this one. The highway noise was expected but the noise up above and perhaps beside me in other rooms was horrible and went on at all hours of the day and night. Don't stay here if you want sleep.

I was in Tri-Cities for a wedding, and the hotel was just perfect for our needs. I stayed with my young daughter, and we were able to utilize the pool and had a wonderful night. The staff are very helpful, too.

A nice place to stay on your travels. Clean and a decent breakfast. Bit of a confusing entrance to the hotel property so take your time.

The hotel was clean, staff was helpful, and an excellent, option filled breakfast. My only complaint would be the hair dryer. Bring your own if you want one that will dry your hair.

No fan in bathroom otherwise enjoy the stay

It was very quiet. And the ice machine worked. And I do like your parking lot. The breakfast was disappointing for what we paid. We have stayed there a few times before and always looked forward to the breakfast. It felt like a Walmart cheapo breakfast. I did enjoy the coffee though. I wish we had stayed at the Best Western Plus just down the street. Their parking lot is not as good but the breakfast was better at least the last time we stayed there. .

Everything was clean and the staff was good too. The hot breakfast had eggs, biscuit and gravy, oatmeal, cereals... lots of variety.

Great location near coffe, food, shopping and activities. The hotel was super clean and had a bright and modern look and feel. The rooms were clean but was slightly on the small side for two queen beds. The front desk staff was not attending their station. I had to ring the bell to get some help. The lady was warm and welcoming and was a ble to check me in with ease. There's a decent size indoor swimming pool but it would've been nicer if a jacuzzi hot tub accompanied it. The free continental breakfast had a decent spread so that was a plus. Overall my stay with my family was great. I'd most likely stay here again if I venture to the tri-cities.
