Hampton Inn Kennewick at Southridge

Great location near coffe, food, shopping and activities. The hotel was super clean and had a bright and modern look and feel. The rooms were clean but was slightly on the small side for two queen beds. The front desk staff was not attending their station. I had to ring the bell to get some help. The lady was warm and welcoming and was a ble to check me in with ease. There's a decent size indoor swimming pool but it would've been nicer if a jacuzzi hot tub accompanied it. The free continental breakfast had a decent spread so that was a plus. Overall my stay with my family was great. I'd most likely stay here again if I venture to the tri-cities.

Easy access off the freeway, good breakfast, nice staff.

Through the adjoining room door we could hear everything going on in the next room. Dog barking, kid crying to peppa pig at 10 pm and 6am.

The room was very spacious and the overall cleanliness did the building was good. Staff was friendly. There were toenail clippings from the previous guest on the bathroom floor of our room which was really gross to see.

The floors were sticky and dirty in the elevator. The pillows were horrible. The bend was so uncomfortable. The free breakfast was just ok

Refrigerator did not work and bathroom fan did not work.

Convenient location. Excellent breakfast with freshly baked muffins. Probably best muffins Ive had at any hotel. Quiet room. Grab bar by shower and hooks to hang towels and tp placement all nice features in this fairly new hotel. Door to bathroom was hard to slide.

The breakfast was very good. I would have liked to have a tray available as my Wife has ADA mobility issues and so I went down from the room and got the food and brought it back to the room for us to eat together. It was very challenging bringing all of the wonderful food in a single trip without dropping stuff along the way. It was pretty much all good.

Nobody left nasty letters and I told the front reception staff what I needed to do and they were ok with it. They just made notes in their computer.

Good location for traveling Room/bathroom could have been a little cleaner

If my wife had come with me I believe she would have had us move to a different Hotel. If the showers don’t have wands, she will try to find a hotel that does have them. Other than that, everything thing else was well done. I plan on visiting my family member more regularly and will definitely contact you folks for registration. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were not there long enough to really enjoy the entire property.

The bed is not comfortable and king bed doesn’t have king pillow

Check in girl was very nice…..room was clean and breakfast was good with lots of choices

When we arrived, there was no bath mat in the tub and it was EXTREMELY slippery. The staff at the front desk supplied us with one.

Amazingly clean hotel!
