Good place to stay and enjoy my vacations.

Ps. Expedia did reach out with a 300 $ , but I still had to eat the 130 $ expense

Location of hotels was good for our visit. 1st morning breakfast was 6 to 9 at 8 there was no links or bacon, coffee container was empty. In room Shower knob was loose and would not work had to take own tool to tighten.

The staff were amazing. Despite being an older hotel, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There is no elevator and that was problematic but other than that good deal.

Tv not easy to navigate channels but doable. Very good value for the price.

The jacuzzi tub in my room wasn't working. Paid extra for the room, but didn't get the issue resolved...

Good room, good bed and relaxing stay.

The room I had was comfortable. A bit small, but I was by myself so it was fine. I didn't smell any pet odors which was great. It could also use one more lamp on the other side of the bed. It could use some touch up it some areas, nothing too major. For example, there was a trim in the bathroom that was coming off. It could also use a newer shower head.

We love this place

I liked the location, the price, the room was decent. Kids loved the pool. Air conditioning worked awesome. The beds were not comfy for my wife and I. The kids didnt mind but I woke up with a sore back. The pool was clean but the hot tub was on its way to looking green. Was a little sketched out about it so didnt use it.

The staff was great helpful and friendly. For some reason my room was cleaned only one time in a five night stay.

Great place to stay in Tri-Cities.
