Easy to get to. Good basic property. The soaker tub was basically the size of a regular tub with tall sides.

Centrally located near shopping, movies, restaurants. Bed was perfect. Looked like a more upscale hotel than what I paid. No elevator but stairs aren’t a problem for us. The pool was nice!

My flight to Pasco was cancelled but my hotel reservations could not be changed. I will avoid using this hotel and Expedia going forward

King room was huge!!! Beds were so comfy I didn’t make it to the pool, but looked well maintained. Staff was very helpful

Staff was helpful and thorough. Hot tub wasn't working and the Exercise room could use some cleaning (dust bunnies around some of the equipment) and maintenance (treadmill came up with lubrication required). The breakfast was good the next morning.

Location of hotels was good for our visit. 1st morning breakfast was 6 to 9 at 8 there was no links or bacon, coffee container was empty. In room Shower knob was loose and would not work had to take own tool to tighten.

The staff were amazing. Despite being an older hotel, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There is no elevator and that was problematic but other than that good deal.

Tv not easy to navigate channels but doable. Very good value for the price.
