The location is very good if you are traveling through. There are 3 places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast is fantastic as compared to most places. Rooms are spacious. I didn't like the number of text and emails to upgrade or buy extras. They warned about the noise being close to the road. Why don't they put in triple pane windows and solve the problem?

I would highly recommend if you are disturbed by road noise to ask for a room away from the freeway. Both times we have stayed there, they put us next to the freeway and we didnt sleep well because of it! Otherwise, nice, clean hotel in good area of Kennewick!

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Cleaning staff were very nice, as were everyone at the main desk! We didn’t like the basic suite due to the bathroom sink and counter not being located inside the toilet/shower area. You had to go out of the bathroom to wash your hands in the sink. We couldn’t understand why someone would design it like that. The staff was very accommodating to allow us to move to a better suite!
