Comfort Suites Kennewick at Southridge

I loved the friendly staff! Emily was so so nice and helpful upon checking in and the establishment was very clean and comfortable. I loved they had washer and dryers available that is so convenient!! The dryer does take a long time to dry so it can get a little expensive if your washing more than one load. But everything else was amazing and the breakfast spread and tea and coffee was excellent!!!

Excellent service…breakfast…amenities. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The fitness center was acceptable. The pool & hot tub were nice. We used to regularly prefer the Hampton Inn…but their pricing has recently seemed high and this version of Comfort Suites feels very Hampton Inn without the current (October, 2026) Hampton Inn pricing. Would definitely look to stay here again if in the area. Will definitely target Comfort Suites for future travel based on this experience!

Always had friendly staff, plenty of parking, decent breakfast, cleans modern rooms, near the highway with minimal road noise and we loved that our dog can stay with us as well.

It was very nice , clean and easy to navigate . Front desk service was unparalleled .

I stay in the Tri-Cities about 5 or 6 times a year on business. I thought that I would try a different hotel this time. I really liked this hotel with one exception. The only room with a King size bed available when I arrived was on the end of the building adjacent to the busy road that has a moderate grade. The front desk clerk offered me a two queen bed room away from the road or ear plugs. I generally can get to sleep quick so I took the King bed room I had reserved, but not the earplugs. The road was very noisy with large noisy trucks going up and down the hill all night. It took me a little while to get to sleep. I don’t think the windows in the hotel are very sound deadening. Other than that this is good hotel with good amenities for the price.

I’ve stayed here a couple times and enjoyed it both times. The rooms are nice and the bed is quite comfortable. The showers are large and well equipped. Breakfast is always a plus. Road noise can be significant, so heed the staff’s advice and move if possible.

Everything. Literally everything. The staff was great, the pool and spa were awesome. The room was so nice. Very large, even had a separate sitting area. Would stay here 100 times. The breakfast wasn't that great.

Perfect for a one night stay

The room was clean and comfortable. They had a very good breakfast for this type of hotel.

We were there for 2 nights, found it central and easy to get on highway and around town. Used the pool and breakfast. Everything was clean. The staff that checked me in was upbeat and funny when I was stressed and tired and I appreciated that!

Very clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good also and staff are very friendly and helpful. Have stayed here several times and have always been happy.
