Comfort Suites Kennewick at Southridge

We only stayed for 7 hours (stopping to sleep on a road trip) but had a wonderful stay and we were impressed by the quality of the property and the room. If we find ourselves in the area again we'll stay here again

Room was very clean. Staff very helpful. Only the ice machine on 1st floor worked. That kinda sucked. Breakfast lady was amazing. Kept everything fresh and stocked. Great coffee.

I definitely was underwhelmed for $200 for one night the air conditioner made noises all night as well as the refrigerator it was beyond a rough one night at this property.

This hotel is our choice to stay in when we pass through on our way to Idaho. It is clean, comfortable, and easily accessible from the interstate.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean. Length of stay was one night.

Rooms were clean and the staff were very accommodating. We didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t comment on that but all around good place to stay. Couple places to eat walking distance away. Sports complex a minute away. Free parking was nice as well. Would stay again.

The service was awesome! My husband was traveling for work & the staff was so helpful to me & my 9 month old while he was gone :) Wifi didn’t work for us but that would be my only complaint!

We were a little nervous at first, usually don’t stay at comfort inns. But we were pleasantly surprised! Loved those soft sheets! AC was great, and no complaints at all. Clean and comfortable. And so close to eating establishments that we were able to walk to have dinner and walk back to our room. Loved everything about our room. I think we’ll be checking out more comfort suites on our travels. Nothing, everything was easy to get to, walking distance to restaurants, clean, what else could we ask for.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I loved that the hotel was pet friendly. There was plenty of food for breakfast.

My wife and daughter stayed here and absolutely loved it. Very clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff and a fantastic breakfast. They have been traveling between Oregon and Montana and this was by far their best hotel stay. 10/10

This hotel was very nice. My only complaint was there was a glue on nail in the bed. Ew! Lol our room was serviced by Neveah the little card said. Im hoping it happened making the bed and not a previous guests nail. The kids wanted to swim in the morning and they close the pool for chemicals. Inconvenient time considering its open 24 hrs, you would think it would be cleaned in the middle of the night and not "working hours"

Everyone in the staff team was so helpful and nice. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay since I have traveled alone. Everything was amazing, I recommend this hotel.
