Great price and great experience. Plenty of hot water in the morning, as well as a hot breakfast.

TRIP WAS AMAZING AND HAD A GREAT TIME

I stayed here 2 times & the second stay was the worst. I thought I had did a thorough check of the bed, but I did not. I woke up to bedbugs. I reported it and left. I had to contact the BBB and the health department for them to even contact me back or have pest control come to the hotel.

At front door and into lobby, looked like high end property. It kind of is, no offense meant. Desk person was prepared and helpful. Loved our room. Nice decor and furniture. Bed was clean, fresh and comfortable. Room cooled well and was quiet.It was very dark and quiet and conducive to rest. Stayed elsewhere in Kville for more money. Will be back to BW. Will try exercise room and pool next trip and let u know.

Very friendly and accommodating when had to to add on a extra night. A few guess was a little loud with dogs barking but overall a great place.

Doesn't have a laundry service despite advertising one. Stole $1500 from me when I left.

Quiet, clean, good atmosphere No fitness room

Love the room with the jacuzzi tub ! Room was huge

Had to ask for pool towels and only 2 towels in room that sleeps 4. Not keeping breakfast items stocking for fear of customers taking items to room. Customers at 9am should have the same choices at 6am. Milk should available for 3 hours so kids can have cereal. If customers take items to room that is ok. Customers are not stealing items. Not enough tables to eat in lobby.

Excellent hotel for business trip the workstation was good, king size bed was comfortable, everything was clean and the staff were super friendly.

Quiet I rested so good

Staff was indifferent and outwardly helpful or friendly. The nicest and most helpful staff member was a guy who was helped with front desk and handled maintenance. I wish I had gotten his name. Breakfast offerings were okay, nothing great.

Our TV didn’t work properly At all and there was a dog that barked for a long while, even after multiple times calling the front desk It didn’t stop until 11:15

Had no HOT water for showers or clean-up. Checked out…got a thank you…nothing more..”How was your stay…was everything ok”. Stayed 2 nights…no room cleanup. Probably will be my last stay.

Food options about ten minutes away. Breakfast- pancake machine!!!
