It was great and very clean

Room was fine. No WiFi and ice machine was broken.

The hotel was located close to restaurants, and easy access to the highway. Tv barely worked, so I had to watch shows on my laptop, and the ice machines were down my entire stay. I had to go out and buy ice.

Great location. Close to the venue for the which I was in town. Room was very clean. I called the day before I was due to see if I could check in early and was told it would be no problem. Arrived approximately @ 1:30 and desk clerk said my room wasn't ready because someone in housecleaning had to leave early. Asked me to come back. Came back around 3:30 and was told my room was still not ready, but they could put me in another room. I asked the price difference since I had booked a suite. Said they could put me in a room with a King, but they could not refund any of the difference. Told me I could cancel & rebook, but I had to request refund through Booking.com. Took the room as I needed to get ready for the event I was attending. Room smelled musty, but it was raining outside. Ice machine was out of order (down the hall) and it was out of order last year when my husband and I stayed there, as well! Staff was pleasant, but not overly helpful and I won't book through Booking.com again as the staff insinuated that was why I couldn't receive any refund for the difference in room price. Sounded like a scam to me.

Clean place, breakfast was limited, and dining area was not the best, but the price was excellent for what we received.

Had trouble operating a/c - both my husband and I fiddled with it independently and neither of us got it to lower the air temp. Bathroom is aging - bad grout and tub surface.

It was good, the only thing, at breakfast they didn't keep up with the food.

The hotel is very nice for the price. It is very comfortable although the room was quite small. Also the shower curtain in our bathroom will not stay closed therefore water gets all over the floor -however it is a tile floor so you can soak up the water with towels. The room was cleaned each day which doesn’t happen at all hotels. We were also not charged a “damage deposit” which was nice. Overall very much worth the money.

The breakfast, staff and it was quiet. The bedsheets had spots on them, along with the bedspread. Hair behind the bathroom door. We cleaned the shower ourselves.

Hotel was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and our room was very clean, sanitized and smelled fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any future guests. Definitely need more parking.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable to sleep in and the breakfast had many options to choose from that me and my family were happy with! The wifi, however, was almost nonexistent throughout our stay. Although a serviceman came out to repair it on the second day of our visit, the wifi still remained spotty. Also the pool had a weird film on top of the water to which was eventually resolved once it had been brought to the front desk’s attention. I do want to make a shoutout to Jessie who was very kind and hospitable to us. She was so helpful with addressing our questions prior to arrival and making sure that we were comfortable during our stay. Excellent customer service from her but I can’t say the same for about my check-in agent.

Excellent and affordable room for an overnight stay. The breakfast foods were hot and continuously replenished, even during the last hour of breakfast. The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. Would definitely book at this property again.

Great location with a lovely pool. Breakfast had a huge selection of items and staff were amazing.
