Sleep Inn Kernersville I-40

I've stayed here 3 times and each time, I was satisfied. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful.

Convenient to area , good staff. Room Amenities are good .

We have stayed at the Sleep Inn in Kernersville several times and it seems better every time.

The toilets are too low, and the water in them is too high. This caused an uncomfortable interaction with my body parts.

Clean and everyone was kind I wish breakfast had more variety but overall great

I liked that if was "cheap". Room had cockroaches. The staff member on site was completely useless. Didn't apologize for the inconvenience or offered a refund. We left the facility because no way I was sleeping in that place. Lesson of the day: pay for a cheap room, you get a cheap experience.

Long black hair in shower (3)and in sink NASTY!!! I should be refunded I’ve stayed there probably 10-12 times

One thing that might have been helpful for this knucklehead (me), if at check in the attendant mentioned the wi-fi password. I did not scrutinize the room key holder and drove myself (a little) crazy trying to figure out how to get on the wi-fi. There was a young woman hanging around in the upstairs lounge area - supposedly she was waiting for a ride - now she was not doing anything obnoxious and she seemed pleasant, she was just hanging out there from the time i arrived (around 3p) and was still there when i returned back to the property after a meal (around 9:45p). It just seemed unusual for someone who was not a guest to be hanging around for so long.

Breakfast!!! The bathroom could be better.

Great staff, clean room, and property,great breakfast and the location was great The air conditioning was not as cool as I would like , but it was ok

Staff were helpful and pleasant The location of the room I was given was very far away from the elevator both going up and going down my sister in law uses a walker. It was difficult for her.

Friendly staff, clean and gave us extra wash towels without complaining and always had them clean and ready.

Staff was courteous and very helpful
