My stay was great

Im disappointed smoking in room. I don't accept smell stink smoking due my miragine attack. U need respect ppl no smoking room .. why not put the door no smoking sign 🚭 😏 and one dead roaches there eekk using my spray hair to kill

Location People smoking, loud shouting, dogs, room was not clean, furniture dirty, dead roaches smashed and left on the wall in bathroom, bathroom door dirty, bed smell like weed, walked in and room was musty and hot and dark. Door was not secured....bathroom old and tub dirty. Other guest smoking outside my door.

The door to the bathroom was water rotted, indicating a bad leak in the past…it’s far from the entrance so I wonder where the water came from. Just not the cleanest of places

Went through travago and thought this was a more quality place when it said that it was $114 reduced to $70. The bed was comfortable and the tub was clean. We had to pay a deposit of $50 FOR A NON-SMOKING ROOM that smelled a bit like air freshner covering up smoke. We did not smoke! It was a bit scarey with the concrete steps breaking up and plenty of dirt in the corners.

The place is a crack house. The floor in the room was filthy, curtains disintegrating into shreds, roaches everywhere, door wouldn’t lock. I didn’t even dare set my luggage down. I was in disbelief at the condition of the room. I immediately went to the front desk, returned the key, informed them why and left to find another hotel.

Disgusting. Parties all night. Families living there. Room was nothing like the picture. Left at 3 am because I didn’t feel safe there.

Booking a room, when driving 3 1/2 hrs and say no room sold out.
