Very good customer service and the staff was very friendly. The location is one of the highlights of this hotel , close to many attractions in the city center. Walkable to the beach and main street call Dubal. I really recommend this hotel to everyone .

I requested two beds and they gave me one bed No parking had to walk to park in the garage 2 blocks away. Paid an extra forty eight dollars to park They charge 45 extra fees?Not sure why emailed them no response

Very convenient to what ever we wanted to do How clean everything was. And we felt safe around the property

Very good location - walkable to harbor and Duval streets and fairly quiet. Pool is very small. Room AC units can get too cold or too hot. But overall, enjoyed our stay.

Didn’t let us check in until late

Don't believe hotel staff regarding parking. We followed hotel employees front desk direction to take her free parking space when she pulled out. She even had us drive around block so we could be prepared to take her spot since there was another car on street looking for a spot. Told us free parking is very hard to find. She talked about how many other people she helped find free parking and pointed out all the cars that she had helped. We didn't even move our car that night due to fear we wouldn't find another spot. We believed her that her spot was free and believed her we wouldn't find another if we moved. Later that night $65 dollar parking ticket was on our car. I contacted hotel manager about this situation. He stated "Well if she told you to park in front of a fire hydrant would you?" Very rude response!!!! I told him so you are telling me don't trust our front desk staff who know there streets and parking situation. Heck we are tourists from Oregon. We believed her. I guess my lesson is don't trust the staff and manager was rude. Told me his manager wouldn't be back till July 20th. We will have to pay ticket since turning rental car back in tomorrow. I will continue to get a $65 refund after the fact. 😤

The room we had was very loud! We stayed last year on the other side of the building and it was perfect.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable, and clean rooms

The parking was AWFUL.The floor was really dirty and the lamps were very dusty, and there were several bugs (the door didn’t fully seal at the bottom). It smelled STRONGLY of bleach, but wasn’t truly clean).The bed was comfortable,linens clean.

Location was great if you don't mind walking. We walked to Duval, Harpoon Harrys.... The pool was very small. A microwave in the room would have been nice but...

The woman at the front desk was amazing. Definitely the highlight of the stay. The room was so so at best. The air conditioner sort of worked. The pool was tiny. All of this was annoying but acceptable. Then they hit me with another $100 in “amenity fees” after the fact despite I didn’t use any of their “amenities”. Pretty much a bait and switch on pricing.

The location was perfect. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the complementary drinks in the afternoon. Lee the manager was so wonderful and welcoming! She made our stay amazing! There wasn’t anything
