Clean room and location.

For a small place only a few blocks from Duvall Street. This place was the best private pool private rooms with bathrooms super nice and all the staff was amazing every single day someone greeted you and they always had a coffee and banana waiting for you.

Great loction close to Duval and walking distance to many, many restaurants and shops. Pool was very nice, Front desk staff was lovely,

Did not receive hand soap until the second day even after having told them twice, never received extra towels.

When we arrived our flights were late, the staff waited up for us. She was the best and so sweet. Helped navigate to our rooms too, then this morning in the office. The staff was the best, I am not good with names, but both ladies are amazing we still have several more days to go. I can already see this will be my favorite place to stay. Only 10 blocks from Duvall and had city free parking. The rooms are cozy and the ac is cold.

The location is great. Rooms clean and staff very friendly and helpful! Parking is a little bit of a challenge. Prices are reasonable! We have stayed here 3 times and love it!

Personnel at front office was great, very friendly and helpful. Property is on a very good location if you don't want to stay where all the party area is but close enough to everything. We rented bikes for the whole weekend and we had a great time riding around town and going to everywhere we wanted to go and been close to our hotel at the same time. Hotel was great, clean and even thought the AC was not cooling too good, it was a great choice for our weekend.

Location was excellent for our fishing trips. Area felt safe and secute. Staff was very personable. Close to old town bakery and Cuban queen. Like to have deeply discounted water bottles available instead of $5 aluminum water choice

The skylight let in so much sun/light hard to sleep. Parking is tuff also.
