Everything was amazing !!

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable, and clean rooms

The woman at the front desk was amazing. Definitely the highlight of the stay. The room was so so at best. The air conditioner sort of worked. The pool was tiny. All of this was annoying but acceptable. Then they hit me with another $100 in “amenity fees” after the fact despite I didn’t use any of their “amenities”. Pretty much a bait and switch on pricing.

Parking was difficult. Pool was a dunking pool not a swimming pool

The Hotel Manager Lee made our stay at Fitch Lodge Key West, wonderful and very memorable. She is the best! She attended to every question and need we had with a smile and great humour. Her local knowledge of the surrounding area assisted us to secure a good viable parking spot on the street (there is an element of luck here too) and to discover other interesting points of interest close by. The room was ready before check in time and we were able to secure our bags into the room so we could go off exploring. Lee hosts an afternoon lemonade spritzer (with a kick) at 3-4pm and this gave us great opportunity to meet and speak with other travellers. Lee also provided a voucher for a discount at the local bakery down the block. The location was excellent to access Duvall St and get into the true Key West vibe of the old town. So glad we chose to stay here and had the pleasure of meeting Lee as a result!!

We stayed here and we liked it. The location is not super central, but it was still within walking distance from Duval street and the rest of downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is till part of the historic district. They gave us 10% discount on the breakfasts at a nearby cafe. The air conditioning was somewhat noisy. The buildings themselves were old but that's the charm of staying at a hotel like that. Our room was looking out onto the busy intersection, but it was fine it's not like it was Miami.

Staff was quick and sufficient at check in time, very accommodating, rooms were gorgeous.

Very convenient location with a friendly staff and pool on site. Shower could have more flow.

I was gone fishing during breakfast so I can not comment Not a thing

Everything

Great location, very walkable - nice receptionist met us after hours for late check in. There is no breakfast even though it was explicitly stated on the reservation that breakfast was included with our stay, as well as in every confirmation email leading up to the stay. There is only street parking around the neighborhood for this location, so be aware of that.

Great location and good staff Rooms are small

The location is ideal…especially if you plan on taking a ferry. We walked to and from the Historic Port everyday. Duval street was within walking distance of Fitch Lodge. The in room air conditioner was very loud. It made it hard to hear the tv and it was a little bit hard to fall asleep.

Woman at the desk so helpful
-
Air conditioning worked perfectly, the staff was awesome, there is no parking so it cost $192 to park in the municipal parking garage. Standing water on the bathroom floor because the shower curtain was 6” from the floor and didn’t cover the shower opening. There was a place in the floor that was soft due to moisture damage apparently between the bedrooms. In getting the bill it we were charged for imentities that I never saw, used, or were made aware of. I stayed at the Albury Court many times in the passed but the new Management has failed miserably

It had everything we needed sd nothing we didn’t. Could have used a few more wall hangers for wet clothes.
-
The room was nice and met the expectations for the value. The free breakfast advertised online turned out to be 10% off at a local bakery. That didn't matter to me since we had breakfast plans elsewhere.
-
Front desk staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Water pressure and hot water amazing. Fridge is really small with no freezer part and no ceiling fan. The bathroom shower very dark. No lighting and no vanity to put toiletries. Would not prevent me from booking again.
-
Super friendly staff at check in. We loved our two night stay here. We were really close to the ferry location to Dry Tortuga so the early morning was easy.
-
I have stayed in many places in key west, this was by far the cleanest, reliable, friendly and spacious place we have stayed yet.
