Very clean the room I stayed had recently been redone and was nice down side absolutely no parking pay for lot about 3 blocks away 15 away cash only

It’s not terrible, it’s just not a noise canceling window type of place. Also as I can only speak to the room I was in, bring eye masks. There was much light coming in through the windows as the curtains were too small for the windows and there was a sky light window in the bedroom with out any way to black out the light so at 4:00 AM the sun is shining brightly in the room. The breakfast is okay. I would not factor it as a reason to choose this hotel. I am not sure we will choose this location again only due to the blinding 4 AM sun.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Nous ne nous attendions pas à un endroit aussi chaleureux. Ce fut un coup de cœur pour nous!! C’était chaleureux, propre, près de tout à la marche. Je vous le recommande fortement!! Un beau petit déjeuner le matin, une piscine hors du commun, bref, un succès :)

The room was clean the staff super helpful especially Juan at the front desk. We loved swimming in the pools. We will plan to return!

Great spot, walking distance to most all sights. Staff was fabulous, attentive, and fastidious with keeping the room clean, fresh towels for the pool, and providing included breakfast and happy hour refreshments. Site is well manicured with lots of tropical plants; rooms could use some updates.

Nothing The main reason, the kid at the desk was very rude. You also had no parking, no elevators. Especially after I had just left an Airbnb for poor quality of everything Inc. black mold. You said on the website I wouldn't pay until I got there. But you managed to take out a day within less than 30 minutes of me, arriving from the first Airbnb. So I was stuck in Key West, without a place to stay.

This property is exactly what you want if you are to experience the Key West vibe. Tropical landscaping surrounds two separate pools. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the location is ideal. We travel to KW 3-4 times a year and we wanted to try a different property then where we often stay. We weren’t disappointed!!! Might be our new spot. Just a tip…if you are physically able to operate a scooter(moped), rent a couple from Sunshine Scooters, park for free at their location on Roosevelt and you’ll have access to the whole island and a multitude of free, scooter, parking spots.

Breakfast included things like muffins, toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt and was staged outside near one of the pools. There was a very nice breakfast attendant that prepared everything and helped serve. All of the staff were very nice. Overall, the value was excellent. It’s not a fancy resort, but it has a lot of old Key West charm, which I would prefer to suit the laid back vibe of the island anyway.

Excellent! The property was clean, breakfast was very nice with different varieties including fresh fruits. The 2 pools were clean and accessible at any time. The property was close to everything around the main streets.

Very clean, and very quiet. Enjoyed the breakfast every morning in the gardens. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great property/location. Wasn't there to spend time in room.... all about location. Within easy walking distance to Duval & waterfront establishments... Old Town Bakery around corner. Easy check in but we checked out early and nobody in office before 8am, nowhere to put keys. Parking is offsite and you have to pay additional. Within walking distance, you can drop off luggage then move car. Continental breakfast could have more options but adequate. Loved the pools and lush gardens. Nice ice maker and filtered water to fill bottles etc.

It was absolutely beautiful! I really loved the place.

I do like to pool area, very secluded with beautiful lush vegetation. I will say that while nice and peaceful most times, there was a group of spanish women at the pool one day that were extremely loud.....not really what I expected from such a nice place. I did not go to the staff about this because I did not want to create any problems....if it were to happen again, I most certainly would.

I can’t thanks enough. I can’t describe the all the good things about this hotel. Now forward is my only place to go.

The room was very clean, the facility was clean The a/c unit was annoying, I’m not sure if there was an issue with it but I couldn’t stop coughing and it was very noisy. The pools are in need of a remodel. The marcite is totally shot on the smaller pool
