La Concha Key West, Autograph Collection

Location is directly in old town area of Key West. Convenient walk to Mallory Square. Sunset Pier, Sloppy Joe's, Hogs Breath Salon and various other local hot spots and shops.

Very central to everything. We had a lot of fun,

A/C was out in our room when we checked in. It had a temporary unit that never cooled the room. We complained for 3 days with nothing!

Loved the DJ at night in the lobby. Amazing time dancing.

It does not get any better than this !

We thought the staff went above and beyond to make our stay great.

The property was in great shape. The elevators were a bit of an adventure though as one is permanently out of service. The staff was very helpful and available.

It’s a beautiful, historic and fun hotel.

Where do I start? The room was so small we could barely open our suitcases. The bed and pillows were hard as a rock. That is the smallest bathroom I have ever seen. There was no vent in said bathroom, so you could hear EVERYTHING the person was doing in there. You could also hear the toilet flushing and the shower running the room next to you, which sounded like water running down the walls. The street noise was so loud even from the fifth floor, that it sounded like they were also next door. The hotel had one elevator, and two of the buttons were burnt out. The front desk staff was rude. The food was so bland it became a running joke. The only thing this hotel has going for it, is that it's clean. When we were here twenty years ago this was a great property. The "remodel" is a joke.

People, Food, atmosphere was perfect! We will be back!

We enjoyed the coffee shop, the pool area with a bar, and the daily rum punch. Very nice people who were helpful. Great location!

The staff were all amazing but particularly Jennifer, the lifestyle Concierge at La Concha Key West. She made our stay extra special and I can’t thank her enough!! We will definitely be back!!

Our stay at La Concha Key West was amazing. The location is within walking distance to all of the major attractions. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The entire staff was knowledgeable, accommodating, and went above and beyond to meet our requests and needs. We stayed three nights including our 52nd anniversary. When we arrived at our room an anniversary welcoming gift was waiting for us. This gesture was above and beyond any expectations we may have had. This hotel and amazing staff made our stay absolutely amazing!
