I stay here anytime I’m in KW, love this resort and the customer service is great!! I’ll be back soon!

Location Very small pool and seating. Wanted to bring g my own beer wasn’t allowed.

Location on Duval Street was great for getting to everything we wanted to. Loved the decor.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Shower adequate with both rain and handheld fixtures and easy to operate. Staff mostly excellent - AD from Concierge super helpful with booking excursions, Eric, bar manager friendly. Housekeeping helpful. Valet friendly and fast. Orange water and rum punch at check-in nice touch. Free mojitos at happy hour excellent. Selfie cam fun. The not so good: Check in was relatively easy, but our room was not ready, due to late check out from previous guest. Assured it would be ready at 4pm and they would call. No call by 4:30, but checked again and they said it was now ready and gave us keys to room. We get to room, it is occupied. It is our son’s room. So husband went back to desk. They said sorry, that wasn’t your room and gave us some breakfast coupons for our 3 days there. They wouldn’t give him the key and insisted I go down and show ID, which I had twice before. Super inconvenient as it is our 4th time at the desk. We finally get to our room and it is a suite with a balcony over Duval St. The balcony was underwhelming with peeling paint. Not at all appealing to hang out there. Husband tried to get internet and it said he would be charged. Why in 2026 should anyone pay for internet for $500 per night room???

Wow what a beautiful property! We were just wowed as soon as pulling up through the iron entrance. The staff was the best we have encountered in along time and we are professional travelers now. This trip was for 4 days at this location but we are on a trip for a month or so and wish we could have stayed here longer. While checking out Jennifer with concierge asked how our stay was then walked us to our car and talked to us and felt like someone we had known a long time. It was very nice. We felt very welcomed appreciated and definitely will return when we visit Key West in the future. The rooms were beautiful. The pool was magnificent. The staff at every area was amazing.

Great location No

The hotel is in a great location. There were a few issues: I booked a king room But they gave us 2 queen beds plus the internet never worked so no streaming Netflix, prime or tv. They sent engineers to our room several times but never got it to work. I wish there was a hot tub but there isn’t and there are no ice machines, you have to ask front desk for ice whenever needed.

Not overstating this, it was the most exquisite and splendid hotel experience of my life. The staff, room, amenities were superb and I cannot wait to return to La Concha on my next visit. Thank you to Jennifer, in guest relations for making this a truly memorable experience.

Air conditioner struggled to keep cool

Our stay at La Concha Key West was absolutely amazing! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Duval Street and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and many of Key West’s top attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful, blending historic charm with modern comfort. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of our favorite features was the rooftop pool, which offered incredible views and a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Key West atmosphere. If you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable place to stay in Key West, I highly recommend La Concha. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again! Have absolutely no complaints about the property or staff at all. Even the security guard that told us to be quiet because my friends sang Happy Birthday to me in the hallway at midnight was super nice

Only thing is we couldn’t stay the two nights and Expedia claims the hotel hadn’t approved our refund so that is not good but these rest was fine

Great location! Has a coffee shop right on site. Also a place to eat breakfast. The welcome rum punch was really fun!

Staff was good, location is perfect, pool was nice. Room needed new air filter, shower drain gone and water valve very lose. Low water pressure.

The location was perfect! Staff amazing. Very clean. The only negative was that the rooms were a bit small. That and the $45/night for parking my car there.
