Great location

Breakfast is is good. Park lot is very close. Room is small is normal for Key West. Definitely I will be back.

It was run down , rooms didn’t get cold , bathrooms are small and in need of updating , house keeping wasn’t good at all. Only clean if requested . No staff at front desk after 6 . Shara was the most helpful out of all staff. Breakfast was minimal. I wouldn’t stay again

Exceptional

Hotel was an interesting shape but after we found our room it was a very good experience. Pool and hot tub clean. Also a nice place to watch the crowds on Duval St. don’t expect too much from breakfast just cereal, yogurt and oranges

Decent hotel in the middle of duval street. All you need.

Be aware this is right on Duvall Street. You are going to hear people and traffic all night and just when you think you’re gonna get some nice quiet time the street sweepers come out.. you will see light through your shades all night so if you have light sensitivity or your a light sleeper this might not be the place for you but if you’d like to party and have a good time this is definitely a great hotel for that. We stayed there and it didn’t bother me we had a good time. It is near everything and the parking is great we did not have to move my car the whole trip walk to everything.

For what we got

The location of the room was perfect. Near a couple of coffee shops, easy walk to shopping and eating in various areas! Would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect. The cleanliness was perfect. The breakfast was good there was enough. The way the hotel was set up was perfect. It has been a great stay and everything was great. And the hotel showed rat pack vibes. Old school like that. I recommend that a platform on top of the roof so you can see the lights of the island. It might shiw a different feel to the hotel. The milk for the cereal was warm. The hostess needs to be more enthusiastic. Other than that loved the vibe to the hotel.

Parking was a little screwed up, but everything else was so great that you forgot about that aggravation until you left. The lady from France, I don’t remember her name, has excellent people skills loll even/if you’re tired from traveling and overwhelmed, she has a calming nature to guide you in the right direction for food, music and drinks… which was hard to beat their own rooftop pool and ambiance! Very, very nice lady and loved the building, the architecture is surely to be desired building a dream home! And right in the thick of thickness and it was subdued and quiet… soothing sounds actually to fall asleep to on the third floor. Excellent! Nostalgic! Most fun road trip!

Superb

Stayed 3 nights, perfect little hotel. It’s not the Hilton or any other chain hotel. It’s a smaller hotel with character on Duval Street, right in the middle of all the action. You can easily walk to everything in old town. It has a rooftop lounge that you can watch the street from, although there was no bar service during my stay you could definitely byob. The pool and hot tub was open 24 hrs. There is a Walgreens on the street level for supplies. Great pizza place and coffee house right next door. All in all a great find. One thing to consider is there is a bar with live music every night directly across the street which may affect light sleepers in the rooms facing the street, we were on the lounge/pool side and heard nothing. Perfect little local hotel. Also has free off street parking which is a huge plus!

The location is perfect for walking Duval Street. For shopping, finding restaurants and bars, and access to the docks. The breakfast was great, and the second floor pool was enjoyable.
