Great, great spot. All staff and even the property owner were very available, pleasant, and hard-working to ensure happy guests. Annette and Phillip really made the trip, though. The hospitality here, along with a clean room, truly great breakfast (by Chef Annette), good location, and high value had us discussing our next stay here before we even left. Not sure how we looked over this place in the past. Thanks, everyone

Super great place to stay. First time visitors to the Keys but will stay at the Gardens when we come again. Loved the ambiance, service and pace of the hotel. Pool was great as was the poolside bar w/ Annette, great fun and super good service. Breakfast was great, not just normal hotel eats. Also really enjoyed the evening live music and bar before we went out to dinner each night. Loved the entire package of the Gardens!

Everything was great!

Nice location/ambient and front desk staff, only reason for not providing 5 stars is because bed was not really comfortable and the lady serving breakfast wasn't rude but not friendly as a server position, specially to begins the day journey.

It was one of the BEST travel experiences we have had though out vacations over the years. The staff was GREAT, especially Annette, - the breakfast was 5 stars as well as the accommodations. We will be back!! 5 star rating all the way!

This is a beautiful property in old town Key West. Super convenient location for walking to all activities/restaurants while still feeling like you are in a quiet neighborhood. We loved everything about the hotel except the mattress, but in all fairness, we didn't report it and give them an opportunity to do anything about it. Breakfast was lovely, Annette is a hoot, and the pool/outdoor bar were awesome.
