Ella's Cottages - Key West Historic Inns

It is located in the heart of he old district snd everything was so accessible without having to use our car. The property is only 1 block off Duval so,we had the advantage of,accessibility without the noise. The property is protected by foliage which makes it feel private and protected. The complimentary breakfast is lovely, and there is wine by the pool daily. Dwight welcomes guests upon arrival,and made us feel,at home. The beds are so comfy, and each cottage has its own flavor. I hope to return and stay at Ella’s Cottages again, Expedia does a great job helping us narrow down our priorities, amenities, location, etc. That enabled us to find Ella’s Cottages, which was perfect for us.

Perfect location, quiet, but a short walk to everything fun. And I. August heat in the Keys, the only walks must be short. Cottages are small but well laid out, with super comfy bed, cold AC and hotter than hot shower. Staff was awesome and the 3 pm happy hour by the pool was laid back. Breakfast wasn't fancy, but it was abundant. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Ella’s cottages. The staff were so wonderful. Happy hour at the pool was really fun. The only complaint I have is there was construction right behind our room, but that’s not the hotels fault.

Clean, great location, wonderful staff

Very good. Nice variety. Cute eating area. Only tiny complaint is there should be some kind of soap — bar soap or liquid— by the sink in the bathroom.

The location of Ella’s Cottages was great to Duval Street and lots of great attractions

Location was amazing Rooms felt a little dated, ex: living room sofa was very used. Air conditioning wasn’t great. Also didn’t know it was a Hilton property and I wasn’t able to get points for staying.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Ella's Cottages. The breakfast was fantastic! There was a variety of food offerings, all of which were fresh and tasty. Our room, although small, was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The one negative was having to pay a guest amenity fee totalling $50.56 ($45.00 + state and county tax fees) per day. It would be worth considering whether or not you are okay with paying the extra fee to stay here. I'm not sure we would return based on this alone, unless it was a better deal than other choices available. It is a wonderful place to stay, otherwise. It is close to Duval Street, where there is a lot of action, but the neighborhood surrounding it is very quiet. We enjoyed being within walking distance of most everything we chose to do!
