Paradise Inn Key West - Adults Only

The room I was given was not the room I booked on this website. Room Air Conditioner was loud and made it hard to sleep,TV was not working properly, bathroom needs some repair. Resort fee was added to the room rate in addition to the rate I paid on this website. Parking on site was and additional fee. Spoke to hotel staff No solution or action was taken to improve my stay. However it was close to Duval St. Most likely I will not be booking a stay in this place on my next visit to KW.

Everything was very nice there couldn’t operate the TV. The pool was good when we were in it was a few young duffer trying to drink and we were old. They were having fun. Hot tub was a little cold. Everything else was real nice.

The hotel is centrally located to all the Duval St activities. You can rent a bike or golf cart right on the premises. We did not but it is an option. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is a wonderful way to start the day and the coffee is top notch. The happy hour is good for wine drinkers. Pool was clean as well as the hot tub,

Very good location to walk up and down Duval St. The happy hour and breakfast helped keep the budget in check. The property had a neat ambiance.

Great location and beautiful place

Had a group of us staying in Key West for my 50th birthday. Put some friends at Paradise because the hotel we were staying at was sold out, and it was the closest available property. Rooms were great. Staff was very friendly and happy hour was a perk. Didn’t have a chance to experience the amenities, but my friends really enjoyed the stay.

The front desk gave us the wrong room key without any awareness that it was a different room we booked. Then at 2am while everyone is asleep, the front desk knocked on the door very hard and terrified everyone. They requested us to change to a different room at 2AM! How ridiculous it is. The room was also dirty and not properly cleaned compared to to a standard hotel. Extremely bad experience. Avoid it if possible.
