The front desk gave us the wrong room key without any awareness that it was a different room we booked. Then at 2am while everyone is asleep, the front desk knocked on the door very hard and terrified everyone. They requested us to change to a different room at 2AM! How ridiculous it is. The room was also dirty and not properly cleaned compared to to a standard hotel. Extremely bad experience. Avoid it if possible.

We had a wonderful stay at the Paradise Inn. Close to everything & the inn was peaceful and beautiful. Highly recommend to anyone!

Perfect location, quiet, nice happy hour every day, very nice pool.

My main disappointment was the extra fees. The hotel charged a $40-per-day resort fee that primarily covered pool access and a continental breakfast that was comparable to the simple breakfasts offered free at many hotels, such as Holiday Inn Express. On top of that, parking cost an additional $30 per day, and the spaces were extremely tight. While we enjoyed the property overall, these added charges significantly increased the cost of the stay and detracted from the overall value.

He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a great stay even better. Outstanding customer service like his is hard to find, and it’s one of the biggest reasons I’ll gladly stay at Paradise Inn again. Highly recommended!

Quiet and relaxing

Great spot, very central location, easy access to sights with bike rental, very friendly and courteous staff, very clean grounds. Nice touch with the evening wine and cheese/crackers social. Perhaps more gluten and dairy free breakfast options.

It's my fourth or fifth time there. It's clean & quiet and within 10-15 minutes walking distance of everywhere I like to go. If you want to Uber, the average time to get one was 1-2 minutes. And reasonable.

You pay extra for parking any vehicle, including golf carts if you dont rent from them. Parking is very tight. Had an issue with room lock that took multiple attempts to fix/correct. Staff tried to make tried to 'make it right' by refunding parking fees, but only did partially. Room was lacking in storage and places to keep room tidy during the stay.

Water and coffee available throughout day. Nice for filling water bottles. Good location. Happy hour snacks nice addition. Room comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff friendly. Had to ask about restocking breakfast items. (Person in charge was checking people in and stocking breakfast). Waffle mix not working/mixed correctly all week. Inappropriate music playing in lobby one evening by staff person.
