Old Town Suites

Fell off when attempting to open in room with king bed. I’m conditioner could not be lower than 73 degrees although the instructions indicated it could be 65-68 degrees. It worked and was overall ok, just wanted an extra couple degrees cooler at night. The programmed door lock was problem when trying to lock due to the lock and hole not lining up properly. Was frustrating.

This was an absolute wonderful experience. The condo was super nice very spacious and in a perfect location. We would definitely stay there again. We highly recommend. Cable and Wi-Fi

Location/breakfast downstairs and safety. The Keurig coffee machine is broken - it doesnt boil water. The coffee that came out was cold.

The location was central and great to be close to Duval and places to eat. Walkable around Key West. Loud since off Duval. Apartment had great space and was comfortable. Did have parking but it was super tight and hard to get in and out of and is first come first serve and was taken the last day of our stay. The shower was awful. It had low flow and did not get very hot, it stayed lukewarm. The TV did not work, it just blinked the whole time. It felt it was really expensive for what it was but possibly worse since last minute booking.

Location was very good. Bed bugs. I don't even know what to say. I killed hundreds. Couldn't even sleep in the bed. Just terrible. No response from the owner. Oh, and no hot water.

Convenience to shoppes and restaurants within walking distance. The 2 bedrooms were spacious. Free parking

The location and spaciousness of our room couldn't be beat. It was right in the center of everything with easy access to bars, restaruants, and sights. It was a great size for our family of four (adults). The suite also had fun decoration and felt very homey instead of a sterile hotel feel. It was also quite affordable considering the location, space, and last-minute nature of our booking. The room was also fairly clean, and the staff was fairly accessible via chat unlike other reviews of the property. The location was great, but that did mean it was slightly noisy. I live in NYC so it was tolerable for me with a little white noise playing in the background to muffle it out. The beds were also a little uncomfortable, but not bad enough to completely ruin my night of sleep. The room could've been a little cleaner (dust in crevices, etc.), but was hardly enough to gross me out or feel dirty.

Location was great. There were rats in the unit and I tried contacting hosts but never got any type of response.

Large private bedrooms and large living room, well furnished and clean. Beds comfortable. Got great sleep. Kitchen well stocked. Housekeeper available for restocking towels, TP, etc. Great location. Close to everything. Cuban restaurant below apartment was absolutely amazing. AC worked well. Weren't allowed to set below 72 degrees, but we were very comfortable and cool at this temperature. Good communication from owners the week prior to our stay and at the end of our stay. We were allowed to check out, but still leave our suitcases in the room, while the housekeepers cleaned the apartment, since our flights weren't for hours later, enabling us to go eat, and do last minute shopping without lugging our luggage around. Wifi came in and out. A few nights could hear music from below and noise from the street. The people staying in the apartment next door that shares a wall with our apartment, stayed up late and walls are thin, so we could hear their conversations when we were trying to sleep a few nights. There isn't an oven but we already knew that, but would be nice to have an oven, not just a stove top. I was nervous about payment and confirmation, because my credit card wasn't charged until one week prior to our trip, which wasn't a problem, just worried me things might get cancelled last minute. Slow communication from owners initially, but everything worked out in the end and they were very responsive once it was time for our trip.

The location primarily. The thermostat would not set below 77 degrees. Was 80 degrees during our stay. The commode would not flush and we had a family there! We were send emails saying that check-in was at 3:30 and we had to wait outside the unit for 1/2 hour as we were told that we couldn’t check-in until 4:00 and trying to communicate all this when the cleaning woman spoke NO English!! ?

The location was great, 1 block from Duval Street and across the street from a scooter and golfcart rental. I was glad to get 1 of the 2 parking spaces for 4 units to use. the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. some issues like lights and water heater, but that was addressed with the management and fixed. Internet tv streaming was a bit spotty, but Xfinity cable worked just fine.

We loved the property! Very comfortable and spacious Cant really say anything negative. Our experience was great
