Seascape Tropical Inn - Adult Exclusive

We had a great time staying at The Seascape Tropical Inn. The location couldn’t have been better—everything in Key West was just a short walk or bike ride away. The staff made us feel welcome and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Key West!

Lovely place. Nice staff. We were surprised that the shower had someone else’s hair still in there, but they took care of that quickly. A/C worked great, fantastic location.

So long as you either don't need parking or you're okay with the lot being a 10min walk this is an excellent hotel. Cute, well kept, at an exceptional location. It's less than a block off Duval street, so its not too noisy yet convenient. We would stay here again.

This Place Was In A Good Location The Check In Was Quick And Friendly The Parking Was A Few Blocks Away But Not To Far and Free Of Charge

It’s a quiet oasis perfectly situated less than a block from Duval.

The AC in our room was not functioning and they did not provide any other room. All locations were booked. So the provided a fan.

Breakfast was perfect. Staff was very nice.

The room was clean to begin with, however I was there 5 nights and no one ever swept the floor. The entry is from outdoors, and the floor is hard wood, so it needs to be cleaned. I ended up finding the broom and sweeping myself. The plastic glasses provided were not clean ( one literally had lip- prints on it! The plug for the alarm clock radio was covered with cobwebs and dead insects. The breakfast was hit or miss. A couple of days the pastry was too stale to eat, the coffee tasted burnt, and 2 days in a row the milk for the cereal was spoilt. But for 1/2 block from Duval it’s incredible peaceful, has a nice little pool and lounging area. Didn’t have a bunch of weird rules to follow, didn’t pump in obnoxious music like a few resorts do. Slept well. Quiet a/c and ceiling fan were perfect for adjusting temp. I would most likely stay here again.

Everything Nothing

The place was super cute with charm and centrally located to everything! We walked everywhere. Parking is off site but not too far. Staff was super helpful and nice. I would definitely stay again!

We loved everything. Would've been great if the huge hot tub was a pool. It was 90° outside. A cool pool would be nice.

I recently stayed for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and in good order, the breakfast each morning was fabulous with lots of options of things to eat including some fruit, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this B&B!

Charming hotel in a fantastic location. You were close enough to the action on Duval and could walk everywhere but far enough away to not get disturbed at night. Room was a little on the small side, like just about everywhere in Key West, but the bed was extremely comfortable and the AC worked well. O would stay there again.

Location The rooms were so small. No where to put you luggage or clothes.

Great location. Walkable to all that Duval street has to offer. Room was clean and the free continental breakfast was great for a quick morning re-charge. The room was quiet and private. Excellent key controlled access. No issues.

Great location and beautiful place

Parking was easy at an off site lot. Room was clean and staff friendly. Breakfast was not very good. As a continental breakfast it was small. Some hard boiled eggs, a few pastries and bagels. I found the property as a bed and breakfast but the breakfast was lack luster.
