Duval House

The Duval house is quiet and quaint with a beatful outside area. It's adults only which was nice but the pool closes at sunset. As an adult only place the pool should at least be home until midnight. The breakfast has zero meats. Parking is expensive and not guaranteed a spot.

Love this little place . The only issue is water pressure. I would stay here again . Staff was super nice .

We had a fantastic stay at the Duvall House! Everyone who works there from the people in the front office to the sweet ladies who made our wonderful breakfast every morning were very friendly and helpful. They made wonderful recommendations for restaurants and booked a snorkel boat for us that we had a blast on. We stayed in 3 different rooms during our stay (not their fault...we had to keep adding because more family members joined us) and all of them were clean and comfortable, as were the beds and linens. Breakfast and coffee in the morning were a bonus! The pool was a lot of fun and a great break from the midday heat at the end of June. Excellent location, close to bars and restaurants yet not noisy. I read reviews that said the AC was noisy...we did not find that to be true at all. It's an easy walk to Southernmost Point and on the other end, Mallory Square. I 100% recommend Duvall House and would stay there again while in Key West!

Even though it is right on Duval street, it still seemed private. The pool is also roomy than a lot of the ones we’ve stayed at here.

The property is a nice hotel however it needs some improvements … mostly the grounds are very nicely maintained but the decking on most area is filthy

The Duval House is an older building, but is very well maintained. I am most impressed with the staff. The ladies that worked on preparing the included breakfast not only crafted a delicious meal, but their enthusiasm started each day off on a positive note. The room was immaculate. Front desk staff were informative and very helpful. It's such a delight to be greeted like you're are coming home!

Everything was great except for the window in our bathroom was stuck open which caused me to rig it by covering it with a towel. The room and property were absolutely beautiful! The staff was very friendly. Breakfast is $20 per person for the stay but it was not much better than any other continental. We would stay there again.

The property grounds are beautiful. We stayed upstairs and there is no elevator so if you have issues with steps do not stay in the upstairs rooms/apartment . The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful with anything you might need. The free breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect . I would definitely stay at this property again

This quaint little place is perfect for a stay in beautiful Key West. Literally right on the main street, you wake up and step right into the vibe. The place feels classic but very clean and modern, beautiful gardens and peaceful atmosphere. Staff was very laid back and friendly. Parking was super convenient. Overall, would absolutely love to stay again!

The Duval House was an absolute treat to stay at. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful, private garden area/pool area. Very clean.
