The room is spotless. The staff was awesome. The breakfast was perfect. My balcony was more like a deck that overlooked a tropical forest. Complete with a fountain surrounded by chairs. Some tables to have breakfast at and a pool and a hammock and a couple of tables hidden in that tropical

Love the Duval House! Beautiful and lush tropical property with pool, very friendly staff, excellent continental breakfast in a great location.

Honestly, one of the best hotels on the island! Even though I arrived very early, they kindly invited me to have breakfast, and shortly after, they had my room ready before the official check-in time. That was absolutely wonderful and very much appreciated. Most importantly, the two ladies at the reception were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The ladies in the breakfast area were also so sweet and kind. Everything was perfect — the cleanliness, comfort, service, and overall experience were all fantastic. And as a bonus, the location is excellent! I would definitely recommend this place without hesitation. I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again. Nothing

A stunning place to stay. Cunningly tucked away in Key West’s old town, it’s a quiet spot to r and r. The garden is gorgeous, the breakfast yummy, and the entire property is beautifully maintained.

Gorgeous Was great

Check in went very well, our room was ready by 1 even though check in wasn’t until 4. Staff was impressive from checking in all the checkout. Can not comment on the breakfast as we did not use that amenity. The balcony was nice overlooking a courtyard however we didn’t use the chairs and small table there either.
