This is such a cozy place to stay. The staff were incredible! It was such a beautiful property. It is really close to everything (walking distances). Highly recommend and I will be staying again next time I’m in Key West!

Well maintained good location
-
We visit Key West several times per year. This was our first stay at the Conch House. It definitely will not be our last. This is now one of favorite places to stay.

The Conch Heritage Inn is a gorgeous, impeccably well maintained property. Small touches like fresh flowers in our room and throughout the home were lovely. The staff is so attentive and knowledgeable about the area. They prepare breakfast daily. Fresh fruit, banana bread, muffins, fruit juice. It was a great start to our days. The pool is absolute perfection, and the little curly tailed lizard guy who watches your every move is so much fun. We haven’t stayed anywhere in the past 5 years that provides daily room cleaning and bed turnover as the standard, so having the staff take out trash and refresh towels and turnover the sheets every single day was such an appreciated part of our stay. There is an ice maker out by the pool and it could have been my favorite thing. I love having my water packed with ice and having it right there to fill our water bottles before heading out for the day saves us a lot of money. The location is also absolutely wonderful. CVS Is only a block away. The historic seaport was a mile away. We walked everywhere. One mile to the yankee freedom to head to dry tortugas. Same port where you can board all of the excursions sunset water sports does (highly recommend parasailing). A 1/4 mile away is the Hemingway home. One mile to the Little White House. 1/2 mile to the bouy. Absolutely perfect location. We always felt safe and never stopped having fun!

The staff was amazing! Nothing

We have been to Key West 8 times and have stayed at a few different places. The Conch House Heritage Inn was the best, without a doubt. Sincerely nothing could’ve been better we had the Best Continental Breakfast ever, the Coffee was great. Staff so welcoming and gave us a tour upon check-in (that’s never happened anywhere before) Clean, Comfortable, Relaxing and top notch All the way. We will Most Definitely be coming back Huge Thank you :) Best staff

Gorgeous Inn with exceptional hospitality! Lots of lovely touches from a fresh mango in our room with a handwritten note to breakfast brought to our room! 10 stars!!!

The room was small, but it's comfortable

Staff was amazing, other guests fun too! The bikes, the pool, the parking and of course the location. The only concern I had was the room seemed to be warm at night and nothing I could do with the AC remote to get it cooler. I kept the AC between 68-72 but it seemed much much warmer, especially at night.

Very convenient location to Duval St. (2 Blocks) Carol was a great concierge. Will defiantly stay here on our next visit to Key West.

We had a lovely 2 night stay in the Boca Grande room. The room and property were clean and comfortable - great AC! The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was tasty, but a bit on the small side. We also really enjoyed using the pool. The hotel is within a few block walking distance of Duval Street and other local attractions. Parking is easy and affordable compared to other hotels in the area. I’d highly recommend the Conch Heritage Inn!

Amazing and beautiful and cozy old Florida home. Helpful staff and everyone was so pleasant and kind. Will stay again. Everyone was truly the kindest and most considerate. The guest and the staff were all lovely and respectful. We had a wonderful time.

Everything was great. Room was clean and spacious, the staff was fantastic, pool was great, Nothing, everything was superb.
-
The posting on Expedia was false. The room we stayed in was a shack outside. The AC unit blew like crazy rattling off the wall. I’d like a call from Expedia to discuss this matter!

Our stay at the Conch House, It was absolutely magical.... Carol is an absolute gem... Everything about being there was just joyful and peaceful... My husband and I hope to go back very soon! The rooms were clean and we had a great night sleep... Magic!!!

Our room was super small for two (hubby is 6’4)”, but that’s on me. I must have booked incorrectly. Great location in historic Keys. Very walkable to everything we wanted to see and experience.
-
This bed and breakfast hotel was excellent! Beautiful hotel and the rooms had antique furnishings. The staff was wonderful. Lovely pool and outside chairs. Close enough to walk to restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay there again.

Great location

This historic inn was beautiful and in a great location near Duval Street and the Hemingway House. They had bikes to lend, which we used to get everywhere on the key! We would stay here again.
